Easy to use with amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user experience is solid, and help/support is available pretty much all the time if anything comes up. I find it extremely easy to manage my expenses and know what my budget is. Not having to go in and constantly do expense reports has made my life so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind because there's no "standout" negative thing about Brex. The Slack integration works really well as does the texting feature when you need to include receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to do expense reports all the time saves an unbelievable amount of time and productivity which I really appreciate a lot. It also just makes it clear what your budget is which prevents over-spending.
A better card for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I can get very large credit card charges to process. This was always impossible with our Chase company cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a cash account, despite having well over $1m in our checking account.
I also wish Brex would build in a foreign currency exchange so I could wire to other countries in something besides dollars.

Higher limits on credit card charges, and better expense tracking.
Million dollar experience for a fraction of the cost.
What do you like best about the product?
Ez to use. GUI is intuittive. Easy to upload reciepets

Nothing really. Everything in my experience has been great. really just writing to meet the min. words.

Makes AMEX look like poo poo. Really caters to business expensing.
Brex makes it easy to capture expenses while on the road
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to balance automation of expense reporting categorization with on the go receipt and comment uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could probably use some more standard Memo categories so that any automated rules on the backend had more structured data to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes tracking travel and other business expenses easy which drives up compliance and timlieness.
Payments made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Brex makes it easy for employees to make payments on behalf of the company. Also the ability to track and limit all expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot point out anything I dislike in Brex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping organisations give out physical and virtual cards for payments. It benefits everyone who is working remotely and saves the company the hassle of shipping everything.
Makes reimbursements seamless
What do you like best about the product?
The app makes it easy to know what receipts or notes are missing, meaning I don't have to sort through lots of charges

I'd like the mobile app to be a little more intuitive, I'm not always sure where I'm navigating

Overall works well, wish more features for paying vendors / receiving payment
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy credit card charge management-- see what are the charges, and can attach memo and receipt. Also great for reimbursing employees-- easy for them to submit expenses and receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to get the right Brex accounts set up so that cash could be drawn from core bank account. The ACH auth details should be provided upfront so the process is smoother. Also paying vendors is okay via check, but better if the vendor can just enter in their ACH info directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined interface for credit card and expense reimbursement. Great vendor card management to closely manage spend by vendors with their dedicated card each-- helps avoid unnecessary charges.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the site is to manage and use, but mainly how it is paid off by my company and i dont need to submit expenses

I wish that I could get points like I do when I use my personal card

Excellent digital Bank for startups
What do you like best about the product?
It's a bank that doesn't charge fees on the basic need for entrepreneurs like minimum balance, transaction fees and etc. It doesn't branch unlike traditional banks so you don't need to waste your time visiting them. all online.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little lengthy and unpredictable process of being approved to use an account. general explanations of why you can't be approved, it took me some time to figure out what was missing to be approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a business online globally, easy to start and operate the business, access to credit cards with low credit history, and most important they are being available online to help you.
Makes it easy to skip the expensing
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping records is difficult. Using an expense platform means going through additional training as an employee, and additional time spent training, for the employer. Brex is intuitive to anyone who has used a credit or debit card before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little not to like as a mere user, an employee who has a company-issued Brex card. I suppose perhaps the fact that the Brex card doesn't build the employee's credit?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I didn't have a Brex, I'd need to incur travel expenses on my personal card, then keep receipts and submit for reimbursement - and that would take more than two weeks, if I'm lucky.
