What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex has the flexibility to both have a digital and physical card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an option for individuals to make payments on their Brex card if need be rather than just company payments. If I accidentally charged something to Brex, I'd like the flexibility to pay it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex enables me to use company funds rather than needing to front my own and then receive reimbursement which I appreciate.

Very easy to complete online or in person transactions!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, making online business expenses/ using a corporate card is extremely easy to use for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent found any serious downsides yet! It was very quick and easy to set up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed lower-level people in the business to get a company card quickly with very little headache.
It's super smooth, getting an SMS immediately after making a purchase is very helpful.

The customer service is on point. The dashboard is super easy to use and the card is accepted everywhere. I love the SMS message notification

I wish it would connect to other expense reports to upload receipts faster

What do you like best about the product?
My credit card was compromised and they immediately issued me a new card.
What do you dislike about the product?
I asked to get an increase on my spending limit. My CEO said he extended the credit, yet it didn't happen. I just happened to be on the Brex site and saw that I had to initiate the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They process my receipts in an easy to use platform.
Brex Makes It Super Easy to Categorize and Confirm Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can text a picture of your receipt or the situation (took a picture of the parking machine screen in a paperless situation) and that picture automatically gets uploaded and attached to the matching / most recent transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
In other credit card situations the power users accumulate lots of essentially "Free" points they can cash in for themselves, not sure if these points at least go to the company, which would make sense, or how you compete with the points back methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it super easy to see which expenses you need to leave a comment or receipt on, and makes it so your company can set the rules of those limits. Also shows a great list of what you still need to confirm.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Brex. The minute I pay for something as an expense, I get notified by the app to upload my receipt, especially if the expense is more than $50. Create notification infrastructure!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely, the app sometimes glitches. This isn't a huge deal, usually, I just exit the app and restart the app. This isn't a hassle for me, it takes a couple extra seconds to get back and going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is helping solve me file my business expenses and this is huge. The fact that I can have an app track all my expenses and send me reminders to upload receipts is really nice and super useful.

The user experience. It is very easy to submit receipts and get reimbursed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!!! I think it is very easy to use and like everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service! No matter who you speak with, everyone is very good at what they do. Clearly Brex is doing a good job at recruiting and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin on the account, it would be helpful if I had more capabilities. I understand there are limits due to security but it's a bit much for someone with my needs.

Brex is making our accounting very easy.

The dashboard makes it easy to track expenses and upload receipts. It is intuitive and easy to use.

The search feature is confusing sometimes and I found myself uploading different receipts in the wrong expense
