Makes expense tracking easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes corporate travel expenses and in particular expense tracking easy, allowing me to upload receipt photos directly from my phone so I dont forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, but sometimes it doesn't accept the receipt. Or if I forget to upload it, it becomes a pain to get back and find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending - and especially expense tracking - super easy, saving me time later on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super convenient. I like the clean app interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to clear out old expenses that I haven't added receipts for and it keeps showing the notification badge on the app icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business related expenses. I don't need to do any expense reporting which is nice

brex is super easy to use, super intuitive and the physical credit card arrived extremely fast. it's what we use in our company and i can now understand why! =)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I add up a recipe/ memo immediately and then i get a notification to add it again through slack; seems like sometimes it's not syncronized, so I would check on this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I work for a 100% online and remote company, aswell as the fact that i'm a digital nomad, i'm always moving around. Brex allows me to use a safe credit card anywhere and notify the company of my work expenses
Brex has made it easier than ever to do expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it already has the charges listed from your credit card. It knows to title transactions "Wework" or "Starbucks". It's easy to upload photos. I also think the UI is much better than Expensify. It's also really helpful that you can sign in online and get the info for your physical card. I often do this on flights when I have forgotten my physical card. I use the info from the web to fill in my credit card details, so that I can get in-flight wifi.
What do you dislike about the product?
The date is always one day off. Because the Brex charge will say Jan 12, I will look for an invoice from Jan 12 but it's actually jan 11. If it's an out-of-policy expense, I continue to get emails for that, which is annoying. There's got to be a way to turn those off or press a "I know this was an accidental charge, take it from my paycheck" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to spend hours on submitting expenses each month. It takes 90% less time to complete those tasks because of Brex. This has helped us get back to doing the work we actually need to do!

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is super easy to track expenses by tagging, categories, and more. We can easily see how much budget is remaining and submitting receipts is a breeze via texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose the text notifications could be annoying for some people, but I find them incredibly handy. Same goes for all the 2FA when logging into my account - but love to see the security precautions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is giving our company a great way to deal with reimbursable expenses. Our employees don't want to wait a month to maybe get paid back on their next check, so we just give them access to the money instead.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the card is hassle free when making purchases. I also like that it comes with a app that I have downloaded to my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to the Brex card.

Brex solved my problem instantly when my card was stolen
smooth and easy to submit and approve reimbursements

It's very straightforward to enter reimbursements, and requests can quickly be approved by managers

spending money with my own credit card and getting reimbursed by my company
brex came into play where no other service could!
What do you like best about the product?
As a foreign IT startup owner in the US, it has been a challenge to set up a bank for all my banking needs, and that is where Brex came into play. It is a fintech company that offers all you would need for your banking needs; the support and technical features it offers are far better than traditional banking; we especially love the credit cards feature for our team members.

What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, it would be better if Brex had a mobile app that had more or less same features as the web app. Also, if it incorporates invoicing like stripe does would also help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solved the biggest problem of having all the banking channels in one dashboard. The cards, the expenses, the vendors as well as the accounting software we use.
Easy to track work expenses without forgetting to log receipts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the text that gets sent automatically when a purchase is made so you don't forget to match up receipts. Plus the virtual card option makes it easy to use on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside - there is nothing about this app that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving the complex business expense tracking tasks that make people using company cards tedious. No more losing receipts - the auto text reminder to upload your receipt makes it almost impossible to get disorganized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex has a very easy user interface, which makes all the functions easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex doesn't have any negative qualities...if I had to choose something, I'd say just to make the color palette prettier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes reporting my expenses the easiest the process has ever been for me. I usually dread that process, but Brex is super simple and intuitive.
