Easy to use app
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes it easy to upload receipts directly into the app and quickly submit expenses for reimbursement. I've used other competitive software and the Brex UI is more intuitive and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good for my expense reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to track expenses on the company credit card, and submit personal expenses for reimbursement.
An excellent choice for startups
What do you like best about the product?
That it does not involve the personal guarantee of founders, moreover it is an easy way to issue a card for all business-related online purchases in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to share your books of accounts with them, instead they should be happy with the view facility of the bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It allows us to have custom limits for every employee so the chances of misuse are minimal

Good UI, fast service, free domestic wires + vendor cards, just what we need
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up remotely, fast and simple KYC, easy to create accounts and see expenses + virtual cards, which is also very important. Also, I like a simple UI that is very clean and easy to navigate through. Good currency conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little confusing numbers about the remaining balance, and unpredictable withdrawals from the account to the personal card, so the remaining balance is still unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed quickly open an account for our startup to start receiving money using stripe. We completed the setup in one day remotely, which was very important, considering the speed of our development and the remote (and distributed) nature of our C-level team.

What do you like best about the product?
Credit limit based on cash in the bank is helpful to extend operating runway. Their rewards and perks are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit limit is too volatile. They keep changing their policies.

Having the App on mi cell phone makes it easy to upload receipts inmediately avoiding lost of receipts and after travel receipts upload

Excellent services, the cards work wonderfully, great perks and pay interest on the balance.

You are required to be a large-ish company. It is an excellent bank with many services, but some companies are not allowed to have an account...

Being able to have a bank and use it from abroad, 100% digital

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy is to upload and writ receipts on the app interface, this allows me to do any transaction and report right on the spot when the push notification comes in

basically, I love everything about the product. I very well designed and very well thought, its very easy to see past transactions and interact overall with the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving the reimbursement issue we had with some coworkers, some of the did not have a credit hand to use for the company expenses so this solved very well this issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending a text photo of a receipt is a game changer. Additionally, the extras in the Brex app (like Travel Bank rewards) are awesome!

I have not encountered an issue with Brex.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service and best-in-class business account. Love the integration and discounts with various platforms, the ability to build business credit using EIN and the unique Brex World Elite Master card, Reimbursement options, cash management and continuous innovation. Also, the browser extension for submitting receipts is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the website on Mac browsers, I am logged out and have to authenticate from scratch as it doesn't seem to remember me despite selecting the "Remember me" checkbox. Did not have this issue on Edge with Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes creating a business account seamless and efficient. No unnecessary fees. Having a dedicated customer service rep is incredible. The ability to use it worldwide with 0 foreign transaction fees, international shipping cards to team members, virtual cards, and excellent spend management makes tracking spending easy.
