Effortless and simple!
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, makes submitting expenses painless . I like the simple mobile app experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/a- there is nothing that I would change
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to capture personal expenses as well as reacurring charges (tools, professional services,etc..) for my department

Always easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Brex is it's efficiency - whether it is get my card reloaded or requesting a reimbursement - so simple and done!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides here. Brex is the best out there.

Cash flow is the main issue that Brex solves for us.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple design, user-friendly interface, super user access provides visibility across all cards on the account, syncs with all the programs that I use for other purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could pay off one card at a time, or it was easier to quickly get to the transactions on just one card. Takes a couple too many clicks for 'ease'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users at our company are able to make purchases, add documentation and categorize with ease. It gives simple, real-time answers.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Brex can be added to Apple Wallet in addition to having the option for a digital card number for online transactions when you don't have your physical card. It makes it very simple to have access to the funds needed when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints other than having to log into the app each time I need to log an expense. I'd love to stay logged in or log in easier.

It provides easy access to corporate funds.

The customer service has been spectacular. It's been quick and easy to solve problems.

Sometimes I have to reconnect my bank data which can be annoying.

I love all the virtual first integrations that tie in to my everyday life at work and banking needs

No real dislikes for BREX other than no real banking locations it's virtual first company

Simple and Useful Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is swift and intelligent, and it expedites corporate growth and expansion. Brex provides several services for businesses and employees, making it one of the top choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is excellent, and I have nothing wrong to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy for small businesses to accept credit cards and manage payments. Expense management also makes us more efficient by keeping track of expenses easier.
Poor customer service and closed our account with little notice
What do you like best about the product?
There's not much to like about Brex. Customer service is barely responsive. They don't offer the "white glove" service they claim. Not sure why anyone would bother using this not-a-bank bank account for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We got short notice that they no longer wanted us as a customer. We've never had any issues - no overdrafts, no low balances, etc. A week after they sent notice they were closing our account, they decided to follow up with more detail: we had to be venture backed. Which we are. But any bank that would close business bank accounts on short notice isn't worth trusting.

Brex daily credit card and quick ach payments
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex randomly shut down our account after years of use stating they no longer support small business, most importantly they stopped ach deposits midway through a pay period with no warning to clients which has caused havoc on our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is no longer helping me solve anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not recommend using Brex, they will pull the rug out under you midway through operations.

The Company Policies, their Customer Support Etc.

Business Credit if they would just work with their customers.

Just don't, its a huge hassle to switch Banks once they remove all options of using their platform from you.
