Simple enough to use, and features to grow.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can scale. We are a small team that has grown. Wit that growth, Brex has the tools we need to allow us to assign new users, card numbers, reports, budgets, etc. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if the feature exists where i can scan a receipt and brex automatically transcribes it. They may have it, but I am not aware of it. This is what I would like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of distribution of company cards and the elimination of company cards when needed. We also use it for allocating cash to teams on a cadence that we can set.

Great expensing experience and intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
Expenses! I love that you can add memos and photos to expenses immediately, and before they actually clear (I.e. you don't have to wait 2 days to see them on your account).
What do you dislike about the product?
Physical card shipping experience. It wasn't as smooth as I hoped for. I had to cancel a previous one that should've been shipped to me and reissue a new physical card, waiting for an additional 2 weeks after the first time didn't work (never received the 1st physical card to my address).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee Travel and Entertainment Expensing - don't need to use Expensify. Vendor payments, Operational expenses, Employee corporate card issuing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Brex is great for startups trying to navigate expense management and business checking accounts all in one. Superior product and UX to Expensify and any traditional Corp Credit Card issuer.
Easy to use and has all you need on the go
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and has all the tools you need to not waste too much time on expenses. The app is awesome and you do not ever need to log on to a computer. The features are everything you would want to handle expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not clear expenses after being processed. App crashes and makes me go to the browser. I have to force close the app and open it back up to access the app again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not wasting time on expenses which allows me to complete more value-added tasks for work. I have realized that you do not have to waste as much time when handling your expenses for work.

Better than the other 3 companies I have previously used

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to activate the credit card and start using it, and the virtual card was ready to use right after activating the card. Also, the possibility to add pictures from my expenses, but mostly the integration between Brex and concur. Not having to add all the expenses from the credit card to the expense report is great and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My card wasn't delivered on time. Support resolved the issue by sending a new card, but now I have 2.

All I wrote in the "What do you like best?" are the benefits. It's easy to use is remarkable.

If you want easy to use right away, choose Brex!
Convenient, handy and easy
What do you like best about the product?
That I can add it to my Apple Wallet and pay with it as if it was any other card, without the need of a real card.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not accepted 100% of times that I0ve tried to use it, but it was only a couple of times, so not a big deal.

Company card made easy for remote teams, having everybody pay what they need to pay while keeping control.
Awesome platform for startups
What do you like best about the product?
All the details thought out for startups, specially the perks that really help you efficiently get the company going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been with them for 2 months, nothing bad to report so far

General banking, and also record-keeping for our expenses. We got integration with accounting systems which is great. We are indeed more productive because of this.

I never got my physical card in the mail- very niche problem, but continue to use apple pay just fine. Proactivity around unactivated cards and replacement of them would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing travel expenses and reimbursements is very nice and simple. We never get questions about how to do things in BREX because it's so intuitive, which makes our lives easier.

Ease of use and receipt upload feature is amazing. we have been managing this manualy for a long period of time

It takes long to get the physical card. I am not a fan of using digital cards.

Great way to keep up with expenses.

The ease of using the portal. I can go right on the portal and indicate what my expenses where and where to allocate them.

There is really nothing I dislike about this product.
