Brex is simple and intuitive to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Expenses are listed in a format that is easy to understand, and any actions that might be required for company compliance are super easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any downside to using Brex for expense purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes reporting expenses easy for any size organization. We have found employees are very positive on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of using Brex. You have the ability to have a card or get reimbursed. I have used both for work travel. The ability to simply snap a pic of your receipt and text or email it is absolutely wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering to go back and find all of your receipts in emails and things. If it doesn't accept your receipt for some reason it's a pain but that has only happened a couple of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to scan and email receipts to my HR department which is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
We stay busy at my office. When we need to make purchases on-the-fly, or with confidence without breaking stride, Brex makes that pretty easy.
Arguably, my favorite feature is the immediate prompt after purchases, to marry the receipt to the spend. And the platform reads receipts pretty cleanly, which means I can take that off my plate when it's top of mind, and know that my accounting department won't be hounding me later.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little weird that the physical card and the digital card are different numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Available credit and purchasing decisions can be the difference between getting my job done and not. Brex makes it easy for me to knock out my purchase list.

The platform interface is very easy to use. I like the sorting features offered also.

At times the forwarding of receipts does not correctly match up with the right expense

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading an expense photo via text that is logged against the online item immediately. The ability to go in and add further detail to give a complete picture of a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
A certain local BP gas station always places a $1.00 charge on the account but that's not the actual charge. May not be a Brex issue?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me an immediate picture of what the monthly spend is, to stay within budget. Accuracy is top notch.
The convenience of having a Brex platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless it is to use my coporate Brex card and once I make a transaction, I can see the recently purchased item automactically posted on my Brex account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would mention is that I have to manually go in and itemize each transaction with the correct label. If I do not do that, it will be difficult for Finance to understand the reason for the purchase or audit properly. Otherwise, there is nothing else at the moment that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems. I am sure if the company is experiencing issues they would attend to it. I feel productive using this platform outside of Expensify. I know tracking expenses with Brex is benefical to our Finance department.

What do you like best about the product?
Long gone are the days when I used to spend hours manually uploading receipts for work-related expenses. My favorite part about Brex is that I can simply snap a photo of a receipt and within seconds Brex will attribute it to the corresponding transaction. It is like magic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Slack integration was not a paid option. Other than that, I absolutely love Brex. It has saved me hours upon hours of uploading receipts for expense reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex's customer service team is top-notch. Anytime I've had a question I can count on their friendly and knowledgeable customer service reps to help me out and make sure issues are resolved quickly.
Seamless onboarding & helpful customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was excellent. I got a virtual card the day of and would complete my initial travel expenses immediately. The physical card was also sent directly to my home and arrived quickly. An all around easy and efficient service. In addition, I noticed an issue initially with the name of my card, which required exchanging with the support team. My request was taken care of quickly using the chat function.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my Brex account was created and the first card was issued, I noticed a typo on my name on the card. I ended up contacting support and fixing the problem. However, I received two cards at home, one with the typo and the other without it. It would have been best only to receive the correct one, especially since I contacted support within minutes of my account being created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a card to easily manage my business expenses. Brex made it seamless to issue payments without relying on reimbursements and the whole process around them.
Brex has not only been great to work with but everything is digital and very easy to use!

Setting up an account was extremely easy, and love the immediate digital receipts that come via text after purchases.

We have not experienced any dislikes with Brex.

Brex is allowing us to have a holistic view of all company's spend who are issued corporate cards and expenses tagged properly for our finance teams.
Brex is a must-have corporate card management software!

Brex makes it so easy to connect your bank account, and then issue as many cards as needed for each employee, expense category, etc.
Management limits, reports, issuing/blocking cards is very fast and intuitive. It brings much more transparency to our expense management in the company.
