Simple to use and works great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity to use and upload everything we need .

Honestly, so far I've found none. For what I use, it works flawlessly

It makes a lot easier to buy supplies and cover costs from work, without having to deal with many forms and expense reports.

A big step up from legacy banking systems
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is a breath of fresh air after the clunky UIs of older more established banking systems. As someone who sends dozens of wires a week small and well-thought-out efficiencies are important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I face is that wiring money internationally will occasionally require more information than is required with other systems. For example, sending money to a Korean national requires their 13-digit National ID number. Most other banks don't require this and it's a little invasive to ask for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have a wealth of membership benefits.

Great Starter Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it sends you reminders to upload receipts. It also allows multiple users to have cards. It is super easy to navigate, and they have a mobile app that allows you to use it on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no approval process for transactions. It is limited to only paying and does not allow you to enter bills on other platforms. It is minimal with its options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows businesses to keep track of multiple credit cards in one place and will enable users to access them easily. It is simple and covers all the basic needs.

Flexibility to issue cards and track expenses.

Due Diligence and compliance were complicated since we are from Ukraine.

What do you dislike about the product?
Replacing the physical card that had a damanged mag stripe after using that card to backstop a ton of cloud services we use was very painful. Could have kept number the same and just sent me a replacement card so I didn't have to switch the numbers out -- or do what AMEX does and approve card transactions on the old number that had been previously approved so I had more time to replace the stored card numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management for our entire team. Employees also feel trusted and valued and they benefit from not having to be cash-out-of-pocket or wasted their time with a reimbursement process that is costly when our accounting team has to get involved.
Brex is not just what it set out to be, its fintech on steroids!

I don't see the downside yet, it just keeps improving

Beats any other credit card/expense platform out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is superb! The UI is super simple, easy to learn, easy to use. You can submit your receipts instantaneously even if the charge is still pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! It's great. No negative thing to say so far.

Our company recently implemented this and now we spend and submit expenses like a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has the most tech-friendly approach of any corporate card I've used. I particularly value the ability to handle almost everything self-service from the app, e.g. getting a new virtual card number, adding the card to Apple Pay, and adding receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the ability to earn personal rewards, instead of or in addition to rewards for my company. Having bonus categories or merchant offers (like Amex Offers) would be a big benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex removes the need for expense reports, making my travel experience (and post-travel experience) much easier than the previous systems I'd used that required multiple apps and websites.
