Best company card!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I could use the digital one before the ´physical card arrived at my house, I needed to book a trip and pay for my flights immediately, that was the best user experience. I use the one in my wallet all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the physical card could be better, it feels like a fake card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company expenses go directly to our financial team so I don´t have to double my work filling reports for small purshases

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to set up the account. Adding the card to my digital wallet was a breeze. Requesting a physical card was quick and simple, and delivery was fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes as I am a simple employee. Everything works as expected. Brex makes things super easy for even the most minor employee! I am not sure if this is already a feature, but it would be nice to have the app notify you when your physical card has shipped and been delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on the help content for my company. I wanted to purchase a premium program offering that helps with writing. I did not need to hunt down my manager to ask for approval; I just made the purchase. Same when I wanted to purchase Microsoft Office. I use both tools regularly, and Brex made it super easy to add them to my arsenal. I know that I can add tools that help me perform better at my job without issue, and what is not to love about that?!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the platform. It's clean, easy to use, and functional for multiple use cases such as online purchases, digital card applications, and physical card applications. The receipt tracking and memo input fields have a great UX. All around a terrific suite of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I would suggest is to limit the number of 2-factor authentication requests when signing on via laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in marketing and produce events for our company. Our controller and raise my limit in an instant if I need more resources while onsite. Solving problems quickly is crucial for program success, and cash flow isn't an issue with Brex.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can take a photo of the receipt, just after I make a business purchase, and also document what the purchase was for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything just yet, I may not, I've used Brex for 7 months.

The problem of misplacing a receipt for purchase made. I add a photo immediately and no worries of losing it.

Brex gave us a quick and easy solution for employee spending accounts and ACH transfers when our traditional bank said they wouldn't because our account was new

Transfers to our Brex account take a long time to become available.

Brex gave us employee spending accounts and ACH transfer capabilities when our regular bank wouldn't. They make it easy to manage employee spending.
Great Usability

The app is incredibly simple and to-the-point, making it easy to use

Trying to use it without the physical card didn't work in all cases (specifically for car rental), but I requested a card to cover future issues
