Easiest software ever
What do you like best about the product?
The technology is so easy to use and very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything about Brex that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way my company is set up, we don't have to deal with reimbursements at all. Everything goes on my Brex card and our finance team manages it very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
They provide both physical and virtual cards. It is also easy to add receipts for expenses. They also provide reports for our finance department which are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The physical card does not support "tap to pay" NFC yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It is very simple to obtain credit cards for employees.

The simplicity. Customer service is a 10

The Authenticator app, I'm sometimes lazy

We use it on my firm. Makes our lifes easier if we need to buy flight tickets, meals and personal growth budget

Yo will have the option to report an expense immediately being compliance with company's policies, is just to take a picture of the invoice and a description

The 2fa works but not that good if you travel and do not have access to easy internet

Accountability control is easy everything is reported on real time
Incredible customer service, extremely easy to use interface, quick payments and minimal fees!

Customer service has been incredible. Quick response times and some pretty incredible hold music tbh.

So far nothing has come across that I've been unhappy with truly!

Easy payments to vendors, notifications of deposits, help with international wire transfers.
Brex is Just the best for start up companies.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform is the best for us. We have had a pleasant experience banking with Brex, and the response time to solving issues has been Excellent.

Nothing, I haven't had a downside to using Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Banking, we are a US company with operations In Nigeria (Africa) and most of or merchants in Chaina. Making and receiving payment has been smooth.
Robust and Ever-Improving Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use, both from the Administrator standpoint and as an end-user. Our employees love how intuitive it is on mobile and the web. Brex is excellent at the integrations that they offer - and their 1Password plug-in fits in well with our stack. They have started to transition to the newest form of their platform (Empower) and we are considering adopting that full on as our spend management system for 2023.
Their support and sales team are top notch - I've often reached out when I had a problem I wasn't able to solve with their Docs and have always received stellar service. You can tell that their Product team is engaged with their end users as well since the enhancements they roll out are very applicable and useful. They also offer competitive rewards. There really isn't much bad to say about Brex.

What do you dislike about the product?
They don't offer a solution for multi-national, multi-entity organizations. They also don't support non-USD currencies, which has prevented us from adopting them more fully in our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease at which we can issue and administer cards has really reduced the overall burden of managing a corporate credit card platform. Being able to use the system to capture appropriate transaction documentation (i.e. receipts, coding details, memos) saves us time by not needing to purchase a third-party service for these needs.
Very easy to use and a great way to manage a budget
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep track of multiple budgets through the app and if something gets assigned to the wrong budget it is easily moved

I have yet to see any down side other than the budget does not automatically switch and choose based on the vendor

There were some initial quirks with mileage reimbursements.

The product development team is responsive to all questions and requests and seems to take pride in adjusting the product to meet its customers' needs.
