Good to great app - at times have trouble uploading receipt

Easy and convenient to capture image and make note

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and convenient to use for our monthly company events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing missing from this product at the moment.

We are making traveling and buying things for customers much easier.
I've found very easy to use my Brex card. I would certainly recommend it.
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it even from Argentina, where I'm located. And I can keep track of the expenses very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still consider myself a new user since I had received my Brex card three months ago. I would need more time to make an objective assessment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using my Brex card for business expenses only.

Easily usable with most of the online vendors in my country (Egypt)
What do you dislike about the product?
the card details were compromised a few times, but the support team was very helpful, (terminating the compromised card and issuing a new one immediately)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
receiving my home office stipend on it, and the ability to purchase all the setup using the brex card, through vendors like IKEA, AMAZON, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the instant purchase alerts. Sometimes, I receive a text before I have even completed the full checkout process! This allowed me to intercept a fraudulent charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Maybe it would be nice to have our company branding on the card?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can manage the card so easily on the dashboard. I like that I can make very easy limit adjustments based on our spending season, too!
Easiest way to do expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can easily email in receipts and the clarity of the dashboard. Brex is streamlined, fast and so much better than other expense management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to link refunds to the original purchase to avoid getting emails about missing receipts. I know the importance of security but it's also annoying to log in so many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expenses, putting charges on a company credit card. No benefits for me perosonally.
Vey easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It works just like a credit card. No muss, no fuss and it automatically gets communicated to corporate. No more reports that I need to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think if anything I dislike. Well, the only thing is the reminders to fill in the memo columns or provide receipts but that's not Brex's fault.

Avoid expense account, reimbursing employees, tracking info.
Brex is built with the startup in mind
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Brex just understands exactly what we need from a bank (no hassle, easy online cards for SaaS purchases, etc) and is always one step ahead at delivering even more valuable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex is pretty lightweight, which is great in some ways because you don't want to spend too much time with your bank, but also we are probably leaving bonuses on the table from other banks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Brex, we just don't have to spend time worrying about banking. They do everything we need, and just make banking a non-concern.

What do you like best about the product?
The debit card feature was seamless when setting up, and usage was great (just like a bank). Statement functionality was also just like a bank's but that is where the seamless stops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reliance on a huge bank reserve on your part takes all the risk away from Brex, but it makes it primarily useful as a cash flow control tool. We needed it to ensure that we didn't get a huge number of transactions coming out of the bank account during the month because, as part of a startup, we didn't have a lot of cash flow. It came in irregularly and in big chunks so the Brex card was cut off over half of the time, negating its usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't want a ton of transactions coming out of the bank account, nor did we want the bank account laid open to an ill-fated debit transaction emptying our bank account. THe need for a debit card other than the debit card on the bank account itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you are looking for a batching solution for your bank account and your bank account has tons of money in it, look elsewhere at a real credit card.
Bad Customer Experience - Instant Suspended Account
What do you like best about the product?
It was effortless to open an account, but I guess that's why it was easy to suspend account without notice
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been determined that your company is violating Brex’s Platform Agreement. Ok, what next? Can you give a guide to help us fix it and get back to using the service? Well, instead of allowing the new client to fix it. They tell you that as such, we will be terminating your Brex Cash and Brex card accounts effective immediately. Your account is suspended - Just like that!!!! When we asked what did we do that was violating Brex’s Platform Agreement.....because the account was just opened waiting for funds to be deposited. Then this is what the customer support team send "We are not able to provide additional information. However. please feel free to review the revised Platform Agreement at: https://www.brex.com/legal/platform-agreement/ " Really......No temporary suspension to resolve the issue and get back to your business?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have the opportunity to experience their service well.
