Easy to use. Reliable support.
What do you like best about the product?
I had an issue with my card, and was able to get a replacement without interacting with anyone. This is a great feature when it works, as most of us prefer AI to work as we think it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
My replacement card took a week to get to me. An option to pay for overnight mail would be excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it very simple to get employees credit cards for business spending.
Great Online Bank
What do you like best about the product?
Brex has one of the best online experiences I have used compared to other online banking platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is a little hard to find at first, but once you get the hang of it the statements are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solves my online banking needs and makes it easy for me as a business owner and accountant to do the books in an efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is extremely easy to use. It is super simple to set up an account and the process of requesting a physical card and its delivery is extremely fast. I've reached out to their support team couple of times and have always been happy with the way inquiries are resolved by their support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I wish Brex had better querying system -- There are times our customers send payments into our Brex accounts, and I'd love for the system to pull transactions based on value inputted; I've noticed that the system sometimes glitches and doesn't pull transactions if I query them by inputting dollar values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes managing and reconciling business expenses easy and convenient. Using Brex has saved me a ton of time because of the powerful automation controls available.

Cash management account and high interest rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
No built-in expense reimbursement, which makes it pretty limiting.

What do you like best about the product?
Instant card creation and issuance, Real-time updates on spends. Their reward program also allows you to redeem the rewards in multiple forms which is suitable for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has discontinued its services for some startups in recent times due to some reasons unknown to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is becoming the whole and sole of the cash management aspect for every business. It is providing credit cards, expense management system as well as bill pay services and a lot more tools.

It's easy to set up users and manage their budgets

The lack of ability to set up multiple, vendor-specific cards for individual users is a minus.

Would be much more useful if it was not required to attach a file versus the ability to forward an email to an alias. Great example is the receipt from Uber is an email, which then requires me to creqate a file

I use it to create expense reports for charges I make
The Brex Application is fantastic. Its very well recommended to anyone.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about using Brex is how straightforward the app is. As a team, we do not have many issues using Brex, which helps us all continue to manage our day without having to stop to help with other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the application would not take pictures of receipts. It may just be a network issue, but there are times where pictures are not uploaded completely and you may have to retake pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is very helpful in seeing what expenses have been made. Brex is also very helpful in reminding you which receipts need to be uploaded into the software. Our business performance and reflection of costs are simplified by using Brex.
Brex is Beneficial for Growing Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Brex cash accounts provide quick notifications when cash transactions post to your account. We can approve payments in real time without logging into the website via their app. Their customer support team is responsive and polite, providing answers at first contact on most inquiries. Their credit cards have significant flexibility, allowing a growing business to set up a credit card specific to every vendor. You can set up spending budgets and divvy the budget between all your vendor-specific credit cards. That flexibility helps budget a maximum monthly or annual spend for each supplier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Brex credit card credit limit is based on a specific amount of cash in the attached bank accounts at a designated time. Within your credit limit, if you turn over your money quickly, you don't receive credit toward your credit limit. For example, if you process $1M a day through your cash account but usually carry a $100K balance at the end of each day, your credit limit will be based on the $100K ending balance, not the $1M you spend each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is solving my need to know banking transactions in real-time. Brex also allows me to approve payments through their app, so I am not tied down to my computer and can get more done.

Everything at one place, and all employee charges can be at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be can include the memo in each line items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
100's of transactions in a week, it wasn't easy to follow up on the reason for the transaction, but now while approving, it's updated.
