Great for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The hability to send email receipts makes a lot of the review easier. The whole interface is easy to navigate and smooth for the day to day operations.

East way to manage credit cards for team
What do you like best about the product?
Can easily create virtual cards. Points system works well. Able to manage cards and set limits easily, even for vendors and contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could manage expenses that didn't go through card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management and tracking. Managing how much each employee can spend.
So easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Adding Brex to my Apple Wallet was insanely easy (I'm not an Apple Wallet user). Logging in on the browser always works smoothly for me; the interface is super clear. Adding receipts & notes to each purchase makes all the difference for the people who are tracking my business expenses.

Literally no dislikes that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just been the easiest way to make business purchases. Having Brex opened the world of Apple Wallet to me, & made my entire business trip extremely easy and streamlined

What do you like best about the product?
As a reomte worker, it was very easy and quick for my company to issue a virtual card which I use for multiple purchases. Brex is very easy to use, the dashboard is simple and we can find all required details quickly.

There is nothing until now that I dislike about the product.

We are a remote-first company, and our employees can get a monthly allowance using Brex virtual cards.

Great customer support! Super easy to get bank letters and make transfers, etc. Everything I needed for my business.

They solve all of my pain points that I have with other banks.

Sometimes it was difficult to figure out why you had to select certain categories when submitting an expense but that just might something our company didn't set up the best.

It makes it very easy to track expenses, see how much you have available and make sure all receipts are stored well.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed how practical it is to use Brex Card. And the idea of buying my apparel without having to pay it and ask for reimbursement was great. I just moved to a new country, so we had to buy lots of things for the house, not worrying about spending the extra money on my work devices and wait for weeks until I get paid back was really good!
What do you dislike about the product?
I bought some things on Amazon, and the receipt there is not very friendly because it is all separated, so when I needed to upload it, it kept saying it was wrong because the amount didn't match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to buy the work equipment with my own money, having credit card available or limits were really great.

I would love to see a reminder to upload receipts in the app so I don't forget.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new start-up in a dtc business, it's been hard to access cash. Over the past few years, Brex has given us access to our cash to use for advertising and sales Thru our brex credit card, we could use up to 80% of the cash in our account for sales as opposed to 20% with a more traditional bank credit card.

nothing I can think of comes to mind. We've been with Brex for 3 years and our business has grown into the millions with the help from brex.
