My First 3 Months of using Brex
What do you like best about the product?
I like how brex will give you a notification if you have transactions that need to be noted
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of really. Maybe it would be cool to text you if you have a transaction that needs attention
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not really solving any problems because I'm just an individual using it for my company

Brex makes expenses a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can forward emailed receipts directly to Brex, and the software attaches them to the related expense. This results in a significant time saving when dealing with recurring, subscription-based payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex meets all of my needs. I haven't come across a use case where Brex wasn't a good fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an easy way to pay for company expenses such as a co-working space, conferences, swag for the team, etc. Brex makes it simple to make payments and to associate receipts with those costs. Not having to think twice about making company purchases or fighting for reimbursement is key. It saves our finance team from reconciling numerous receipts each month as each user can be self-sufficient.
Brex is an excellent tool for businesses!

What I appreciate most about Brex is its platform for transparancy - keeping expenses and charges recorded for tracking purposes!

Brex's online platform is easy to use and business-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Members of our team can use the company credit care for supply orders while uploading expense reports/receipts in real-time.

Brex will help keep your company organized and ensure your business is optimizing its tools in an orderly manner.
Brex is a stupendous asset to my life!

I love the fact that Brex is accepted just about anywhere and that my company blessed me with this monthly allowance that is genuinely a helpmate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can pinpoint as a dislike about Brex.

Brex allows me to supply myself with groceries or a quick lunch on the days when I don't feel like cooking.
THE bank for startups.
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use - no old fashioned fees or processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, other than not being able to order a pack of checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily provide staff with spend cards and have a combined credit card and bank.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the plunge. It's better than any mainsream bank .

I love that it is available with Apple Pay and connects to my company's expense system Expensify.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, it's a really great card!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used this for my company offsite and instead of our a/p team reimbursing us for all of our expenses, everything goes directly onto the Brex card. I also don't have to submit receipts because Brex connects to Expensify for me.

The dashboard interface is great, ease of use, ability to easily upload receipts and attach a note

The reporting could be a little more robust from a customization standpoint

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of everything. I know where to go to complete specific tasks, the UI is great, and they have all the features I need to run my business. I particularly like the expense review tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit difficult to search for particular expenses. Like when I'm trying to search for a business expense from a few weeks ago, the fee doesn't show up, or I have to dig a lot to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a secure and trustworthy capital management platform for my company! Brex allows me to receive funds from investors, pay contractors, and see my expenses all seamlessly.
Great, easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The text alerts when my card is being used, and the ability to check the transactions on the website
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I feel like when I sign in, the security is extensive, but I would not consider that a dislike.

Accountability and transparency for purchases.

Use is easy, and i can easily upload my receipts.
The Credit Card for Startups....
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with the app and the site. Also, we can see real-time changes, which help out a lot for both budgeting and expense reports. Having the ability also to have both virtual and physical cards is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for the physical cards to have a metal option. More of an aesthetic request, if anything. The ability to maybe create and share one-time temp card number if I have an expense for one of the folks that report to me without giving them my card number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the ability to scale and entertain faster. The ability also to keep track of spending makes it so much easier. The setup of the accounts is super easy as well which made it a joy to have.
