Best banking services with no additional costs
What do you like best about the product?
They provide convenient banking solutions (credit card, cash account, domestic & internal wires with no fees, free ACH). They also provide integrations with ERP service providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any negative aspects while using their services so I highly recommend their products and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not easy to collect invoices for credit card transactions. However, with Brex, I get a text every time there is a charge and I can easily upload the invoice by replying to the text.

I love Brex, it is so simple and convenient.
What do you like best about the product?
Love not having to have an actual physical card and can add straight to my apple wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like everything about it. So simple.

Benefits are how simple it is to add your receipt for reimbursement.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty handy for a remote startup company. At least in our team, spending limit increases are pretty easy to ask for, and the platform is intuitive to use. I like how it automatically reminds us to upload receipts or add notes when we miss it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have physical cards mailed to us since not all places accept Google/Apple Pay. It would also be great to have the ability to create new cards for categorization without needing approval as long as spending limit is the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so easy to control the finances and benefits (learning stipend, office equipment, free lunch) for a company of about 200 people positioned all over the world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth it if you are an online business (or even if you're not) since everything is digital nowadays. Definitely helps with accounting and sending reminders to employees to upload receipts.

It makes putting in expenses super easy— I never have to hoard receipts or worry about my expenses not adding up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would prompt me a reminder when I do need to add a receipt.

I have realized that it can be much easier to classify costs and make sure everything is coded appropriately.

Brex - The instant nightmare
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is great when they haven't suspended you randomly. They have great rewards programs, virtual employee cards, and outbound transfer methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I can't get over is my recent experience with them. With no warning, they suspended my account. They don't communicate to how I can resolve the issue or provide any verification documents. I have a substantial amount of funds sitting in the account. I was lucky enough to have an emergency fund to pay employees and creditors. The account was suspended on the 23rd, and it is now the 30th, and no word from anyone. I have tried to reach out, offering any sort of information to them to continue the business. They just seem to take it lightly and say someone will get back to me. No one ever does. I wouldn't recommend this bank as a primary account to anyone at this point. Suspension like this for such a prolonged period can make or break some businesses. I have been banking with them now for a year and expected more from them as a loyal business customer. All I can do is pray that something happens soon.

Financial management at the enterprise level
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is so so easy to use! They offer a mobile app so you can upload all your receipts and you never have to deal with paper expense reports. At our company everyone is given a Brex credit card which is moderated by our finance team and super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike but I'd love to get some kind of financial summary via email letting me know how much I have left in my account on a set schedule. The visibility would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is scaling at a fast pace and we needed a way to easily incorporate expense management into our organization without a manual process or lots of paperwork. This did the job.

Brex is amazing- simplifies financial management. You'll love it if you hate expense reports!

That when the credit card is used there is a place to import the receipt that also imports into your accounting software

I find that all the features that I need are included in the app.

Having one place for banking, credit cards and credit card receipts

I enjoy that the Bank account and credit card are linked and that the credit card allows for uploading receipts to the file.

You can add it to Apple Pay and also create new cards, one for each vendor.

I can't think of anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The adding to Apple Pay is the best feature, I'm always forgetting my card but this takes that away and makes it available all the time.Dont have to even think about using my personal card for business purposes.
