Seamless for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
The multiple integrations and rewards in the product are outmatched. It almost does not feel like I'm banking. Definitely a major upgrade from Bank of America.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the travel rewards section can be improved a bit. It feels bare and empty. Also, the transfer time of funds do seem to take longer than I would expect. Seems to take longer than 3 days at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for organization. The integration with Quickbooks is very helpful. The benefits would be the rewards given on purchases. They beat all of my credit cards combined.

Brex is a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
We are a consulting firm and we deal with small businesses and startups. Most banks make getting a first business account stressful with too many steps to be approved. On top of that, they have so many fees. None of those issues exist with Brex. You simply provide the documents requested, and the next day you can start receiving and using the money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to deposit cash. Right now, it seems that only brick and mortar business accounts allow cash deposits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease to open an account is top. I also really like, and use daily, the text function that reminds me to take an image of a receipt and memo my expenses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a new business, Brex is the best. We have tried several other online business accounts and the big banks' business accounts. No fees! Setup in a day! It has a ton of features and benefits that you can grow into. It Integrates with QuickBooks and many others. No cash deposits though, hopefully, a workaround is coming.

I do not dislike anything. Easy to keep track of purchases .

Tracking my finances. App allows me to keep track of all my purchases and receipts.

The virtual cards make it super convenient to purchase certain tools and services for specific business areas, making it easy to reconcile at the end of the month. The UI/UX on both web and mobile are simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I dislike other than the durability of the physical card. Doesn't hold up quite as well as my metal Amex cards. Not a deal breaker. Brex ships physical cards fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping business expenses organized across various entities, departments, and projects. I can create a virtual card for every project I'm involved in and also create cards on the fly for sites I've never purchased through before.
Solid expense management platform. 30 day card is a great alternative to bank credit cards or AMEX.

Brex is easy to use and the spending controls help create boundaries for employees. Additionally, the use of one-time or vender specific virtual cards makes tracking high cost items easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Brex. The credit limits are attributed to your bank balance, so with companies with minimal cash on hand and high revenue, you could likely get larger credit limits elsewhere.

Managing employee spend has been made much easier. Additionally, reporting and real-time insights make budgeting a breeze.

I love how easy it is to access my cards on the mobile app.

I haven't had any trouble with Brex so far.

Brex has a great user interface. I'm always sure what to do, and there wasn't a learning curve. Everything works
