Brex - the best solution for startup founders.
What do you like best about the product?
The feeling that the founders did everything for the founder. I mean, everything is as convenient, fast, and straightforward as possible. It is as easy to use as a messenger, and you feel completely safe and secure. Great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the latest rebranding, but maybe the design can be a little more colorful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have opened a settlement account in the USA for our company. It was extremely simple and fast.

Seamless online banking
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brex is a simple, yet robust, online bank which has replaced my brick and mortar banking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to talk to a real person in those rare situations where I need to talk to a person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of online access, free domestic and international wires.
Brex is a no-brainer for business expenses management
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and use to track my daily, weekly, and monthly expenses from one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any dislikes about Brex. It has met my requirements for managing my business expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without business credit, it's hard to manage the usage of company funds with multiple employees. Brex help to monitor activities per employee, create virtual cards per vendor, and best of all, it works like a bank. I can pay vendors like Quill from Brex instead of my actual business bank account
The Best of the Best
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is the best cash management solution for any online business in the US. Period.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Considering avergage spend and monthly income, Brex should start offering credits and loans just like Pipe and Stripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimal bank account to receive payments and cash management for my company's expenses.
Great Virtual Bank
What do you like best about the product?
Brex approved our company account in 10 minutes. I like how easy and fast we can transfer money to our contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't clear how much money available in the cash and card balance.

We are making payroll to people with whom we are working.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Brex categorizes expenses and plugs into our accounting system

I wish Brex would auto filter instead of us having to tag things

Convenience of accounting: no longer need complex accounts payable system

What do you like best about the product?
Management of digital cards is simple and makes it easy for us to distribute cards to our team and manage them effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any complaints about the service. Overall since we are a fully remote company, virtual cards make life easy

We use Brex to provide company cards to all team members and keep track of their expenses. The primary benefit is the ease of use and keeping track of cards for our whole teal.
It's great with one challenge.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can assign people in my company a card and give it a limit. I really like how I can make new cards for different things. I like how I can review where the money is going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first time I tried Depositing a check, it couldn't read it. It didn't send me an email saying it was denied or anything. I had to call them to find out what had happened to my money. I waited two days only to find out I needed to submit it again then wait another two days. They say the problem is solved, but I haven't had time to submit a check then wait around two days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to open up another bank account to give a team a card to work with. I can feel confident that my team has money on hand to get the job done, but I don't have to worry about them spending everything.
Easy and Convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and convenient to use! Easy to upload receipts and take notes on what the purchase was for. All purchases show up instantly too!

Unfortunately, you can't connect multiple cards into one account.

My Experience with Brex!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friend - I would also say the support that I've received upon reaching out has always been helpful as well as speedy!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like (which have been widely resolved when brought to Brex's attention) is there seems to be some issues that occur with blocked charges which seem, to happen randomly and/or with little to no explanation (particularly unhelpful when trying to avoid similar issues in the future).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we are trying to solve are the typical problems as it pertains to administering and managing expense cards for individual employees of a company. The benefits we have realized are really just the typical benefits with using a helpful tool like Brex, i.e., ease of use, good support, nice UI!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research with other companies (of course, as anyone should be doing anyway when scoping out tools) to ensure one's understanding of the product fully!
