Reliable Card
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the card is that it is reliable and can be used anywhere

Great card and useful without any assistance needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any difficulties with the card. I have not utilized any benefits yet.

Use this card if able.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and the customer service is great. The cost is low to none so that is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be better and integration with QBO missing class fields. For bill pay, would be great to have a way to attach W9s and have more reporting for year-end purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for spend management on company cards, the system is easy to use for everyone so we are able to close sooner with the receipt attachment and approval workflows

Brex is super convenient and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm prompted to upload a receipt after each expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I don't link about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy to upload receipts for your expenses as you go. The process of submitting expenses for weeks of travel seems much more manageable than it did before.

Ability to manage multiple accounts for different departments! Along with a user-friendly app and text updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some problems with fraud early on, was difficult to get a card canceled fully instead of just frozen. This has been many months ago and the issues may have been adjusted or changed

Easy management of limits on individual accounts, via text notifications and app notifications

Easily tracking spending and tracking available balance for your card.

What do you like best about the product?
BREX has helped us a lot! they would help you during the onboarding process and be patient. Now using the service has been so far the best experience we have ever had with a credit card company. They have been flexible, sending cards internationally in less than 1 week! Their credit limits are updated monthly, which is great for us and their perks are awesome!

They should allow more days to pay. that's the only improvement I could think of..

Sending cards internationally really quickly, credit limits are increasing and the best customer service experience.

I like everything. There isn't anything that I would say I dislike about Brex.

We use Brex for payroll and operations.
Convenience + Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is so convenient and easy to use - it's a no-brainer. Support is great, the app and online platform are easy to navigate and never have an issue attaching receipts, labeling, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While support is helpful and gets the job done, sometimes it can take a little while to have someone to respond - not ideal but not terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is used as a lunch perk for the team as well as funding retreats, team materials and even office supplies - giving team members independence to make their own purchases, which is wonderful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have everyone using it download the app and turn on text notifications - you can reply to the text with the receipt and it easily links them, super easy.

The issuance cards are easy and unlimited
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to manage credit cards with a "2 step process", so there is an admin that initiate the budget changes and another one approving them

We paid all of our software services and equipment purchases with Brex

I would like to see a more secure login so we can move past two-factor authentication. It's a drag.
