Brex helps us manage expenses easily!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team really appreciates how simple Brex is. We're able to issue credit cards for employees to handle expenses easily, and we have benefitted from the partner benefits the platform offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like anything is missing from Brex. As an early-stage company, the product is incredibly helpful to us. I would recommend it to other startups (and I have recommended it to people in our network!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of managing expenses and allowing employees to pay for key company expenses while seamlessly tracking their spending. Brex is so helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I think BREX is very intuitive and allow users to really understand the way they spend money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I think I have the right info for my purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like it can integrate with Quickbooks Online so it eases my job big time

implement a good setup so this will give you good insights for the expense management

Is not integrated to some ERPs, and was sold "integration is immanent" but nothing came through after over a year

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very easily accessible & it is easy to upload receipts and keep track of everything. I am sent a text or email everytime my card is used for me to verify as well as if there is ever an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have found my brex card and account to be very efficient and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep better track of our company spending all in one spot without having to ask and seek out answers has saved us a lot of time and pain. If there is a discrepency it is easy to know who to ask and pinpoint what the actual time frame or purchase is in question.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use through both internet and card
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I observed. The card instantly updates to changes made online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The card has a built-in fraud detection capability which alerts you to out-of-the-ordinary purchases.
An excellent way to manage company credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that brex allows me to generate virtual credit cards as well as physical, and they all can be added into Apple Pay for convenience. This has been a great boon for me as an employee of a US startup working remotely, for expensing things. The app also is very good and notifies you about transactions very quickly. Support is reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy the travel portal for flight bookings. Each time I've tried to use it it has produced various error messsges and had to get their travel concierge involved, and they don't respond too quickly or pay enough attention making conversations longer than needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex enabled our fully remote company to have a centralized way to expense for purchases and pay for things like travel to conferences and off sites, without being too time intensive on anyone.

Brex is my corporate credit card and it has been a great solution for my spending account and expenses reconciliation as it is very easy to upload receipts, etc
It is so easy to issue new cards and manage them.
What do you like best about the product?
It was super quick to set up and have the 1st card that I can spend with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The link with my Silicon Valley Bank was disabled a few times in the past. But it has been stable last couple of months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate expense reporting. We spend with Brex and then feed the data to Quickbooks.
Big upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
When my company switched to brex, my experience was 10x better than the old card. I liked that I could easily access a virtual cc number for online transactions, and filling out the expense report online was 10x easier. Their site was So much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expenses columns are not sortable in the brex portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cashback is better, virtual card number makes it easier not to have to replace a card. Expense report filing is easier
Great Business Card w/ Mobile Friendly Option!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly both, the web version, and the mobile version of Brex are! The push notifications about you swipe your card are easy reminders to upload receipts immediately. I also like how easy it is to request a limit increase and submit an expense for mileage. It's a one-stop shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about the mobile app is that you cannot change the category. You can only do that on the Web version of Brex. Other than that, I'd say it's a great corporate card option!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Brex we had to submit expense reports via Microsoft Excel each month and scan each individual receipt. It was a very outdated process. Now, we can do all of those things in essentially one click via the app, or on the web version of Brex. It's awesome!
