Best Online Bank
What do you like best about the product?
Among all the banks I've used so far, Brex has the by far easiest and fasted onboarding process combined with great integrations, like Xero, that make our life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered a single thing about Brex that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Brex for our U.S. corporation (L.L.C.). As foreign citizens, Brex made it easy to open the bank account(s) for our business without the need to be physically present in the U.S.

Easy to use and file expenses

too many text messages when ordering alot. but other than that it is great

Receipt tracking is really awesome and so are cards. Plus the rewards.
Its the BREX Way to Manage your Expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can take a photo of my receipt after receiving a text notification and how the app matches the expense receipt for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I submit my travel expenses using the Brex application. I can throw away my receipt after taking a photo versus carrying them around until I find time to submit my entire expense report.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you find that you spend a ton of time submitting your expense report, consider switching to BREX.

Brex The Best
What do you like best about the product?
Brex integrate other provider competencies, seamlessly -- such as Melio (or other)'s Brex-CreditCard acceptance - then Melio-converted as ACH -payments. The combined result of which provides a third benefit : getting such as office-rent payments reported to business credit bureaus --while rent is usually not payable by way of credit cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing found for me to dislike it so far. I am grateful that I found Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash flow, benefiting of a non-secured "secured" card, thus with no required deposit of unusable funds.
Flexible credit limit, requiring no further adjustment than increasing account balance.
Worrying-NOT, about whatever quasi-hidden fee might appear -- such as (WellsFargo) opening two extra unrequested accounts, even as they offered me $50 to not join the class action suit after they were caught.
Or, turning back ON "automatically" the OverDraft option after I turned it OFF -- as it is of no use/benefit to me.
I appreciate the model of Brex fee-free services -- while getting share in CC sommissions. Which compares well to the Credit Union's model -- whose service I recently availed myself of.
Peace of mind. I see Brex behave much better than some regulated/ licensed bank I have used. Not to mention Brex's quasi-bank competitors. Some of whom earned negative press reviews.

Easy and modern
What do you like best about the product?
It is a clean and easy-to-use platform. It's a million times better than what my company used before Brex. All of my colleagues agree!
What do you dislike about the product?
That Amazon receipts don't populate the receipt column.

Easy to upload and search past receipts.

Brex is everything a startup needs. Fast and easy transfers, plus effortless card creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their analytics are a bit limited. I think there might be a paid product (I received an email about a recent beta), but it would be nice if I could see spend broken down by category as a default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recieve and send funds through Brex. Easy to get a PDF of wire instructions for investment. We issue cards to employees with explicit limits and can turn on and off these cards as needed. It also integrates with Quickbooks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Acquiring account balance credit for being referred to Brex, like from AWS Activate, is a manual process and doesn't show up on the dashboard as an "offer". The credit appears when we fulfill the offer requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have spending cards for each vendor, which we didn't have before. We are also building business credit since Brex processes all transactions as credit, then debits your cash balance immediately.

Simplicity, easy to use web and mobile interface, no hidden charges

ACH transfers may take time, but not critical.
