About time banking got disrupted by a modern SaaS approach. Brex slays.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is beautiful - it's so easy to use and makes my old banking interface look like Myspace or some forgotten Oracle product. Love how you can change the cash back incentives to fit your startup (e.g. bigger bonuses for SaaS subscriptions, travel, ubereats, wework, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
The 2FA is pretty intense every time you login but hey, I guess it's my bank account, so that's fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better credit card option than Amex, etc

Elevated User Experience -- FINALLY!
What do you like best about the product?
Paying suppliers is extraordinarily simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to get physical bank checks...the normal workflow is that you process the check on Brex, and they send the check for you, which works great! But occasionally, you need a physical check in hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily manage the whole team's cards (dynamically adjust spending limits, etc.)

Strong app and tech first offering, but humans to support when needed

No negatives, but keep adding banking features.

company CC, we grew from a startup to a larger company and Brex has been great to whole time. my experience as a user has been great and super easy.

Free wires, no fees, and ease of use. Better than any banking service we have tried.

I wish the credit card rewards were more generous.

We use Brex to pay vendors as well as connect to our Stripe account

No Brainer. Great product, extremely fast support and amazing rewards.

I like that Brex operates in real-time. It makes it very easy to manage my team's finances on a day-to-day basis.

I love the points back. I also love the fact that it connects with Gusto. It makes my payroll process easy.
