Brex is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes it easy to manage the cards issued to the staff. I can adjust the spending limits based on the job description. Brex seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks and SLACK. I also appreciate the support available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't come up with a downside. We have no annual fees, no interest, and the rewards are as competitive as any other provider
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex gives me a great platform to manage our expenses. They also make it easy if a charge needs to be disputed. We use both virtual card and physical cards which helps with renewing software. If an employee leaves the company, their cards are deactivated where no future charges are excepted

Compare and you will find that it beats most in regards to cost and reards

no hassle, and easy to use! i recommend downloading the APP for an even better experience.

sometimes uploading the receipts takes a little too much time.

Really easy to use and high credit limits - I like how I can match receipts easily by taking a picture of the receipt on my phone and it automatically syncs the receipt with the expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to get the physical credit card in the mail when I ordered a replacement - have to wait more than two weeks which was a bit annoying to be honest

Saves me a lot of time by being able to match receipts easily by taking a picture of the receipt on my phone and it automatically syncs the receipt with the expense. Also great for a startup to have high spending limits

What do you like best about the product?
Moving over to Brex has made our expense reporting process quick and simple. We use specific virtual cards for recurring expenses and map them to accounts, automating our budgeting and tracking process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too easy to order more physical cards. I think the integration with Quickbooks is great since it automatically categorizes the expenses, but would like to have tags also be integrated.

Brex solved our expense reporting process. The virtual credit cards with spending limits have been helpful in keeping on track with our budget and giving us insight into our spending.

Look into Brex's expense reporting. Their process is a big reason why we switched over.

Good tech integrations, it has good functionality and I use it all the time

Rewards are just okay, I wish it plugged into AMEX for the points

Manage expenses for a fast growing company. It's saved us a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been very flexible in getting us off the ground with an employee credit card and expense management system. Reasonably easy to use for employees and lots of options for virtual cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back-end setup (connecting to QBO) is good, but we've run into some issues re accessing card numbers if you're not the card creator (for cards that are tied to shared projects, for example). Easy to get around w/ a shared spreadsheet or something, but not as secure as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving each employee a card and having them add the app to their phones has helped us take care of most of our receipt-collection/classification needs. Employees use it!

Ersatz bank
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing about it is any better than a regular bank, in fact most things are worse. If you're considering Brex, use a good regional bank instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex is fairly inflexible. They offer some interesting features but overall they are much worse than a standard bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex has not solved any problems for me, and I am closing my account.
Bad support. Poor time to respond. International wire trasfer to LATAM not works.

If you are in LATAM or need wire transfers outside USA, NOT IS YOU SOLUTION! And will have more problems that solutions.
