A little bit more explanation when a transaction can't be sent.

Sending payments to our employees from different countries without extra fees and in minutes. And they getting an email with the payment information

Best all in one banking system for an agency
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to categorize our expenses super easily

Most features work for card transactions but not for ACH transactions

With Brex now we have one centralized banking solution for all our payments (in and out)
Get More Done With Less Hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Payroll and Account Payables are made easy. Got a vendor with a recurring monthly charge? Easy; set the payment to be persistent. Choose the day it's paid. Walk away. Grab another cup of coffee. Watch a video or listen to an audiobook. Have lunch. Oh? Were we working here? I sometimes forget. Payroll is a snap and ACH payments are speedier than most traditional brick and mortar bank (yes, I'm looking at YOU, JP Morgan Chase). There's even a small bonus paid back to you for using Brex for your payroll disbursement. If you need to send and receive money, I have not worked with a better online bank. PayPal?? Pssshh... ING Bank?? Slowwww... Brex is "Johnny On-the-Spot" for any small, agile online business. From their desktop browser-based interface to their mobile app, everything integrates seamlessly with the common general ledger platforms: Quickbooks, Expensify, SAP, etc. Integrated multifactor authentication provides an additional layer of protection for those concerned with the security of an online bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Check Deposit feature doesn't work. This isn't too much of an issue since online businesses rarely cut or accept paper checks anymore. But, it's still a tiny bit of an annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payroll and recurring payments used to be a huge time sink for our business. Brex has solved that issue and has consistently been faster when remitting and receiving funds.

The ability to offer each vendor and creditor a separate card number

The inability to make cash deposits into the account.

We are scaling our cash flow with the Brex travel and Rewards

What do you like best about the product?
Brex listened to feedback to improve incoming wires from the UK and Europe. They moved at a faster pace to partner with other banks and made it happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex could include an end-of-week summary or insights of money in, money out, charts, rewards, etc.

Business Checking, Wires, ACH, Credit Card, Virtual Credit Cards,

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UX the best. It is very modern looking and easy to use, unlike many other traditional banking softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed to have another account from another bank because I couldn't add Brex to my Amazon Seller account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Brex as my main account for all banking needs for my company. I love free wires and transaction details with logos being listed.
Had a call with my Amex rep a couple weeks ago, he surrendered...
What do you like best about the product?
Digital platform blows away even innovative platforms like Amex. Live receipt photos are a nice feature when entertaining clients. Reporting and payment canceling is on point - what an incredible product. Oh yeah, the B2B payments platform is incredibly user-friendly too - goodbye to old-school ACH.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more travel and points benefits, but honestly, the product is so good they probably don't need to incentivize customers with gimmicks, so I get it. Not necessarily a dislike, but something I'd like to see is native accounting. We have our revenue coming from stripe into brex and expenses out of brex - help us categorize both with easy UI and enable us to build real time reporting. We use Bench today and they're fine but Brex good give real-time visibility that nobody else can. It would also make us stickier customers bc we'd rely on you for our business reporting.

Banking, Credit Card. Super easy UX and excellent platform relative to incumbents.

Uploading receipts is very easy with text, email, or direct upload options.

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

We wanted to decentralize purchasing and get cards into managers' hands so they could move quicker. Brex makes it easy to do that.

I highly recommend exploring Brex as an option for your business CC needs.

The virtual cards are a neat feature. The lack of fees has to be the best thing we've seen so far. Very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only two things that we've seen to dislike would be 1) the fact that we still haven't seen any credit benefit and 2) the inability to order additional physical cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to build business credit. So far, we haven't seen any impact at all. It's early yet, though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to wait quite a while before seeing any positive impact on your business credit.
