Awful experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to use cards and reimbursement to our employees

Customer service, bad experience with onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately can't test enough. Brex cut our account with no reasons

Should be more respectful with customers and explain reasons to shut down the account.

Most people are making online purchases so not having to get them a physical card is really nice. Also not having to approve expenses because they have a card.

I have nothing to dislike at the moment love the service Brex provodes

When I have to do last minute copy's or purchases And I have forgotten my card at home I can access my virtual card easily.

It's easy to keep up with what the card is being used for.. it gives you a memo and a picture of purchase

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use stands out, with both the web and mobile app interfaces being excellent. There are no fees or hidden costs, which is a major advantage. This is a great alternative to traditional, expensive brick-and-mortar business banks. Depositing checks is very straightforward, and managing business credit cards and expense controls is also simple and user-friendly. I love the free international wire transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, depositing checks can take longer than expected. Currently, there is no support for multiple currencies—only USD is available. Additionally, there is no Zapier trigger for new charges or deposits on the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business banking services cover a range of needs, including managing business expenses, handling credit cards, processing vendor payments, and facilitating international transfers.

Managing limits, users, cards is easier than any traditional banking service out there.

I wish the card design/quality was much better than it is.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a new card is easy, with the ability to limit the balance, assign a user, and change additional settings as needed, making it very simple to provide digital cards, and physical ones if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is simple, I think it could use additional reporting features.

Managing software spending and getting rewards at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Designed for modern-day banking. We moved our tech startup business early on from Chase to Brex and never looked back. Designed for easy financial management with so many incredible features. Card management is an absolute joy, and with a powerful search function that makes you wonder how you ever managed banking without it. Brex is a clear winner and stands out from the pack of dinosaurs. They have excellent customer service and continue introducing new and exciting features with velocity. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the downside was not being able to open/manage multiple accounts but they delivered this feature late last year. They listen to their customers, and we are delighted; I struggle to think of anything we dislike about Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management/categorization, vendor management, free wire transfers, digital checks, virtual and physical card management, budget management and team member controls... the list is endless!
Excellent and Easy Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of attaching receipts to a text that is received right after the charge goes through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the receipt won't scan correctly to be attached via text.

Great for budgeting!

Credit process was seamless, Cards are easy yo setup, Integration with accounting software

Needs a bit more corpoate finctionality, delegates, team a bit aggressive on getting transtion and spend across.

getting rid of personal guarantee, better insight into spend than Amex Business Cards
