Amazing card on so many levels
What do you like best about the product?
I love the professional management portal, the perks, the customizability, and everything else it has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is very limited, and the web version is somewhat clunky when used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to have a credit line that is not restricted

Excellent financial management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, no need for personal credit cards, excellent online management tools, easy quickbooks integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps the rewards program could be more generous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved - employee credit cards and reimbursement complexity is eliminated.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Brex is very easy to use. When you setup a new employee, the onboarding for them is very easy, and you can easily control the spend on them. They also have great partners included that give you huge discounts too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it has been difficult to setup an integration with Quickbooks, but it was fixed overtime. Some of the deals they show with partner companies don't actually exist too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to make it very easy to give our employees the ability to spend if needed. The virtual card is great since if you lose your physical card, you do not need to change all of your subscriptions.
Effective and Simple banking, im very pleased with all the options Brex has given our organization.

I would like brex to be part of Zelle platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have outstanding payments that are still showing up that have already been paid. Brex and my company shared with me not to worry about it, but I would really like if they can take it off the billing cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any other problems. Haven't seen any benefits yet.
Frictionless, stress-less payments
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use; Brex makes the paying and receiving money super simple, and as a founder it reduces a ton of stress I had in the past from using Amex, etc for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm loving Brex ...I really do not at this point have a lot of dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Brex to make subscriptions and payments effortless, for better budgeting and planning through team-member and client-focused cards, and have been using Cash a whole lot for easing wires and storing money in an interest-bearing account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Brex! So much more frictionless and stress free than legacy payment systems and banks

No dislikes so far. This card has too many perks to not like it.

No problems. Within the first 2 months I've seen a huge difference in my business credit.
Streamlined and modern
What do you like best about the product?
Brex is very efficient, has impressive features (you honestly don't need to buy their paid pro version, they have more than enough features already in the no-fee edition). Easy to send ACH and check payments for free. It's easy to tag payment. The credit card rewards are easy to redeem. 10x better than the other business fintech banking I had which, while it pretended to be innovative and future-driven, paled in comparison to Brex. It makes banking as simple as anything else in 2021.
What do you dislike about the product?
Why do they even have the fee edition? There really aren't meaningful extra features. They should just roll it all into one product and focus on making money on the interchange or Drufius commission or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so much easier to run finance and pay people and see incoming payments: makes this less of a full time job and allows payment management to happen in a smooth way just like most other processes used in 21st century tech. There is no reason to be writing checks by hand or paying wire fees or repeatedly entering the ACH for a client. The scheduling of payments, including checks, along with the API access is just great and, with the inbuilt invoice handling function, means you can either use inbuilt or externally built features to do nearly anything.
Brex is great for ad account financial management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set budgets and manage virtual cards that can be used for specific channels and for full oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, nothing. Brex meets all of our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial and ad account management. We have been able to turn on and off ad spend at the spend level which is a good check on ROI.
Easy banking for startups
What do you like best about the product?
I used another bank before Brex. Brex onboarding took one hour. Super easy to use. 2FA for security. But the best thing is the integration. I can easily track expenses and invoices by uploading an image via text message as a response to the alert I get every time the CC is charged. Or I just forward an invoice from my email. Then it goes to my accounting software so I really don't need to do anything. If I need support, I have my dedicated team that responds within an hour or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. I don't have some financial products like Money Market Accounts or savings that I have from other banks, but it's not really critical in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the seamless integration with accounting. And I love the fast and free wire transfer when I do payments. It seems to me that Brex transfer works faster than the other bank account I have.
