Modern & Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the text messages I get after making a purchase on my card, as well as the help/support resources. I like that I can add users (I'm an Admin) and order cards for them, also assign a Manager and user limit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint is that I was confused on was my getting 3 cards. I didn't understand at first why I had both a physical and virtual card - now I understand but some initial explanation would have been helpful.
I lied, one more thing - I was. a little confused when trying to add a user and card - I saw that we were maxed out on the number of cards, but that turned out to be info for my own card, not our limit as a company. A quick chat with Support helped to clarify, but at first I thought we'd have to cancel some cards or upgrade a plan somehow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe our company moved to Brex for the savings. I like how easy the site is to use. We're able to easily track usage and see what our team members are buying.
Not like any other bank
What do you like best about the product?
Brex removes all friction we get with traditional banks. The easy access to credit cards and the expense feature are really useful for small and medium-sized businesses. Customer service is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
We should have the option to create a monthly card or not when we create a new user. For now, it automatically creates one, which can lead to some mistakes if you don't review the user enrollment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex allows small businesses quick access to credit cards and an easy way to manage payments. The expense management also allows us to be more efficient by simplifying expense tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I did not find any other service that compares to Brex.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, how all of my expenses are easily categorized, and the super sleek design of their cards. It also integrates well with our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. Card customization would be unique, but otherwise, the product is exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex helps us solve the aggregation of expenses and keeps expenses from getting lost or delayed. I never have to worry about crunching through expense reports at the last minute, and I don't worry about mislabeled or lost expenses across the business.

- There's not too much to dislike here -- I'm not sure why there needs to be separate card #s for the virutal and physical card

- Expensing can be a pain if there's not a centralized place to track individual employees' expenses; this increases productivity without much additional overhead

Easy & Efficient Company Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes company purchases really easy — from transparency with receipts to flexibility with their app.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a regular user, I don't have any dislikes to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely easy to keep track of all purchases and make sure they're properly reported.

I love the security of the physical card. If I use it, it will send a text to send a picture of the receipt. I like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, it would be that the balance does not start over till the first of each month, even if you pay it before.

Things are organized easier and help with keeping up with all of the different employee cards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how secure and easy it is to use. Since the company I work for provided us Brex' services it never was so easy to manage our own transactions and feel safe to know you're taking care of them, and even if it didn't seem enough, no more reports are needed since the purchases we do are directly notified to our supervisors. That's fantastic, thanks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many things to dislike, the UI makes the processes easy to understand and until now no bad experiences occur to me. So I'm happy with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving managing my purchases with the approved budget, avoiding writing reports for the receipts, and making the communication between me and the financial team easier and faster.

It really helps directly communicate expenses and manage budgets.

I wish the Brex travel had more flight options to choose directly from them.

I haven't solved any problems, I've only used the card minimually

What do you like best about the product?
I love the text feature! When I make a purchase, I immediately snap a pic of my receipt, usually right there at the register (before I walk away, and the probability that I lose or misplace it skyrockets). Sometimes, by the time I walk out to my car, I've already uploaded my receipt image to Brex! Also love the slack integration reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could add a memo from the text feature as well. It would be great if I could reply to the text that matches my receipt to a purchase with the memo as well. But, when I forget to add a memo, I get a nice reminder to log in and get that done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In HR, I make a lot of office purchases, its so nice to have my card preloaded, so I don't have to spend money out of pocket and wait for reimbursement later. I do wish I could tie expenses to a specific PO or project.
Easy to buy & easier to track!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Brex's app and their website. Brex makes it easy to buy what I need for my job, and keeping track of expenses is a breeze both on the app and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a little trouble disconnecting my old account before getting my new card at a new company. But the customer service was really helpful!

I can easily buy what I need for my job without waiting on slow purchase approvals.
