Effortless Compliance with Great Support, Though UI Could Be Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
Having used ComplyAdvantage daily since October 2021, across two different roles that I have worked in, I can say that one of the best features of the platform is its ease of use, especially as a Compliance professional who doesn't have time to struggle with obscure, difficult to use platforms. Their customer support is also top notch and working with them has been a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be clunky at times, however I know that improvements have been made in ComplyAdvantage Mesh, although I have not had the opportunity to use it as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PEP, Adverse Media, and Sanctions screening. To say the least, it benefits the company that I work for by ensuring that we are not exposed to risks from a Compliance perspective.
Effortless Compliance Management Across Teams, Handles High Volume with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
A very simple and easy-to-use platform which has helped our business manage sanctions and compliance on a large scale, across a range of teams and geographical locations. The platform is able to deal with and manage a thousands of requests per day across the company which is a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only comment I would have about the platform as a whole is the Search Certificate document that is created once a compliance check is made - this could more clearly show the result of the check so as to easily show that the entity has been approved. Apart from that, everything has worked brilliantly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time we transact business with a new entity, we are required to provide evidence that the entity meets our compliance standards and is approved for use. This is made very easy through ComplyAdvantage's software.

While ComplyAdvantage is a useful tool for screening entities, there are a few areas that could be improved. The search functionality can occasionally flag false positives which creates unnecessary manual work and impacts efficiency. Enhancements in data accuracy, filtering, and user support would make the system even more effective.

Smooth, easy to use and clear entities of any sanctions
What do you like best about the product?
Can search any entity name and see anything that flagged that might prevent business being done safely and ethically. Very easy and quick to use and the downloading certificate process is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
When something serious is flagged it would be helpful if it was more obvious to see to make sure nothing is missed. Other than that i have no significant complaints about the platform

Ensures the company aren't doing business with any sanctioned entities / businesses.

Seamless platform to use, very user friendly and given how often we use the platform we never encounter any issues.

Sometimes the suggested companies/people/organizations are quite far fetched from the initial search. Could be a bit more refined.

Occasionally, it fails to identify some individuals that are publicly available in open sources.
