Interactive UI with Fast, Helpful Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive UI, helpful customer support. Reply times are quick.

Implementation of certain functions could be quick.

Transaction Monitoring and Customer Screening. The solution is good.
Easy Navigation, Stellar Support, Needs Better Adverse Media Sources
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the ComplyAdvantage portal is easy to navigate. The account managers are excellent, making it a pleasant experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
For adverse media, the sources could be better as it doesn't always pick up adverse media that can be found on Google search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ComplyAdvantage for name screening to comply with AML/CTF regulations - basically o check whether a merchant is a PEP or a sanctioned individual. The portal is easy to navigate, and it is integrated with our CRM.
User-Friendly Interface Enhances AML Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like ComplyAdvantage for its understandable and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to start working with it right away, even if it's your first time using it. The fast and well-optimized search for potential matches is very efficient, allowing me to create a searching profile with my own parameters. I appreciate the flexibility of setting the fuzziness interval percentage to suit my needs rather than being limited to predefined options like low, medium, or high.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it's not very comfortable that it's logging out every time you end a session on your PC. For example, it would be good to add Google Authenticator to use it without logging in every session or day. And you need to be assigned on the screening - put the relevant status, and so on. You cannot leave a comment about true or false positive in the match so the client would be assigned to you automatically without additional actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ComplyAdvantage for AML, where it helps with downloading screening reports needed for client onboarding. The understandable interface and customizable search options allow me to start working quickly and efficiently.

Decent Compliance Tool, But Needs Speed and Support Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use ComplyAdvantage for AML and BSA, transaction monitoring, and it helps keep us in compliance with regulations. It gets the job done without any notable standout features.

The system is too slow and takes too long to upload data. Also the support team needs improvement.

ComplyAdvantage has been an invaluable partner for us for many years, and it’s genuinely a tool we like working with.
The interface after the migration to the new technological set-up was quite new for us, but we are getting used to it really quickly. The most widespread use case for us is customer screening and monitoring, and ComplyAdvantage perfectly meets our needs in that domain on a day-to-day basis.
From the technical side, the integration process is smooth and predictable, and the solution scales very well, whether you are integrating with a large institution with hundreds of thousands of customers or a small startup with hundreds of customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Couldn't really name any of the major drawbacks. Like with any other system, you can occasionally get into duplicate or very similar profiles for the same individual, which means some extra manual review.

ComplyAdvantage helps us solve the very real problem of identifying and managing AML, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media risk at scale. You can be sure that if you spend some time tuning, selecting sources, and optimizing your workflows, ComplyAdvantage can be one of the best offers you can currently find on the market.
User-Friendly Platform with Comprehensive, Timely Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
Comply Advantage is very user friendly, we get access to wider verity of alerts which is very helpful. I am able to find the very recent information on individuals which is expected from a monitoring tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Entering information and editing information need to have more options. Once entered information cannot be edited which results in duplication of work, since i need would need to recreate another file on individual or firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular monitoring of our customers and their org chart is meeting our regulatory requirement.
Highly Configurable and Reliable Screening Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My firm uses ComplyAdvantage for customer screening and without doubt the most useful feature it has is the configurability available through the user interface. It saves so much time and enables for quick responses to issues identified as we are able to amend our own search profiles, the lists we screen against, our fuzziness matching percentage and notifications we wish to receive. There is also a range of configurations that the ComplyAdvantage team help you set up in order to strike the balance between having effective controls whilst reducing false positive rates such as name logic and PEP out of office timescales. Generally, the user interface is really easy to use and the tool is reliable which makes our teams jobs easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have communicated with ComplyAdvantage previously about their responsiveness to our help tickets/emails. We have experienced times where it has taken them several days/up to a week to respond to a query. They have taken this feedback on board and we continue to see improvements which is positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue associated with screening is always going to be managing the volume of false positives whilst ensuring you are identifying true matches. As mentioned previously in my review, ComplyAdvantage provide many configurable options to assist in reducing the likelihood of false positives and we have been able to work with them to ensure our work queues are manageable. We have needed to conduct remedial work over the past year which posed a very large problem for us and Comply provided excellent assistance in helping us bulk close and tidy up alerts, ensuring our audit trails are clear.
