All-in-One Integration That Scales, But Can Feel Overwhelming to Customize
What do you like best about the product?
The integration keeps everything aligned no jumping between tools having all your customer interactions and sales data in one place is incredibly helpful and the upside is that it scales so as your team grows it grows with you
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit bloated. There are so many features that smaller teams might find it overwhelming the customisation can be tricky. You sometimes need a specialist to get it right that complexity can slow down on boarding or quick adjustments. A potentially improvement would be more intuitive guided customisation paths for non-admin users making it easier to tailor without expert help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scattering tracking leads and customer data across different tools was chaotic after adopting Agent Force. Since centralising our pipeline, we’ve seen quicker follow-ups, less data slipping through the cracks, and more deals closing. Quantitatively, our lead response time dropped by about 40% and conversion rates improved by around 15%. Overall, we’ve become faster and more effective.
Salesforce: Powerful Integrations, But Outdated UI, Rising Costs, and Minimal Support
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone else uses it, and sales reps expect us to have it. It’s the common platform, so there are lots of integration options. We try to connect everything to Salesforce, and we’re usually able to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI / UX is old and doesn't look like it's been updated since 2002, it's pricing is expensive and goes up every year. There is zero support or onboarding help, to get any use out of the product you need to not only hire an implementation partner, but also get a salesforce admin for ongoing support. They are pushing AI hard, but have very little to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the sales process, providing data and other sales insights
Sales Task Automation for Scale
What do you like best about the product?
i loke the automation sales tasks it gives our reps to enhance rep productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
high costs, data dependencies, steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
more automation and funnel work with data and maintaining our CRM
Powerful AI-Driven Data Collection and Insights
What do you like best about the product?
i like that we can collect data and use AI with it
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this platform is somewhat hard to use; it doesn’t feel as straightforward as other external platforms. On top of that, the price is quite high. Since it's such a big company, it's also not that easy to get support on smaller questions - but, we can easily get those answers on google/chatgpt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's integrated with salesforce, so that's a plus. With that, we can measure how our team is working quite easily, and do performance reviews based on that. It is a reliable platform as well, that doesn't have lots of bugs overall.
Sales Cloud Delivers a 360° View and Streamlined Sales Cycle Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides a way to manage my entire sales cycle while giving me a 360-degree view. I also have access to the standard automations available, which helps keep things organized. On top of that, I can integrate email and marketing tools to support my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing cost can be high, and user training is required. If the number of users is high, the admin work and setup also need to be done properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, people were using multiple data streams like Excel and emails. With this, you can integrate everything and get a complete view in one place. It avoids a lot of manual work related to lead generation and follow-ups. It’s also helpful for pipeline forecasting.
Powerful CRM + AI Automation That Streamlines a Data-Driven Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is the way it brings together a powerful CRM and AI-driven automation, making the overall sales process more efficient and more data-driven. It serves as a single source of truth for all customer interactions, which helps me easily track leads, manage the pipeline, and stay organized throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Agentforce Sales is that it can feel overly complex, particularly for new users. The platform has a steep learning curve, and it takes time to get fully comfortable with all of its features. In my experience, you often need training or help from an admin to use everything confidently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales addresses the issue of scattered data and the time spent on manual tasks throughout the sales process. It brings customer information together in a single platform and automates activities such as data entry, lead tracking, and follow-ups, which helps reduce errors and save time.
For me, the main advantage is better organization and overall efficiency. I can view the pipeline more clearly, focus on the right opportunities, and dedicate more time to selling rather than getting stuck in administrative work.

Agentforce Tracks Interactions and Summarizes Account History Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce could track client's interactions, notice not actioned leads, can summarise account history before contacting the client. It can identify future outcome of campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agentforce is not going to help cleaning up our CRM (client database) so, if it is trained on current garbage, the performance is going to be subpart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hopefully it will provide much better User Interface for our staff and our users, especially replacing our Hybris solution that is totally outdated now.
Real-Time AI Automation That Keeps the Sales Pipeline Running Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Agentforce Sales is the automation that provides real-time AI insights, which helps keep the entire pipeline clean, connected, and running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and customization take time, and the admin work tends to pile up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps tackle disconnected tools and pipeline chaos. I’m able to get faster performance and tighter integrations across the stack. The result is a cleaner process and quicker decisions, which also makes it easier to forecast and defend.
Versatile but Slowed by Setup and Load Times
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the amount of configuration in Agentforce Sales, as it ensures we've got quality data. Although it requires a lot of setup, it helps ensure our data is pretty good. I also like that it integrates with almost anything, which makes it pretty powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very slow load times across the board. For page loads, it can take quite a while. And the amount of administrative upkeep is absolutely monstrous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps us track opportunity pipelines, assists with forecasting, and manages customer service requests efficiently.
AI-powered CRM that actually does the work, not just tracks it
What do you like best about the product?
It turns Salesforce from a passive CRM into an active system that can actually execute tasks follow-ups, quotes, and workflows instead of only tracking them.
The best part is that it sits on top of your existing setup (CPQ, Flow, DocuSign), so you can add automation without having to rebuild everything from scratch.
The best part is that it sits on top of your existing setup (CPQ, Flow, DocuSign), so you can add automation without having to rebuild everything from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s heavily dependent on clean data and solid processes otherwise the AI just amplifies bad inputs instead of fixing them. On top of that, it feels overhyped and not truly plug-and-play, since the setup is complex and the pricing is unclear and could end up being expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates the process with AI agents that can actually execute tasks. The benefits are clear: it saves time, boosts productivity, and helps sales teams stay focused on closing deals rather than getting stuck in admin work, while also speeding up deal cycles.
