What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how powerful and customizable it is for managing complex sales processes. It provides a centralized view of leads, accounts, and opportunities, strong reporting and forecasting capabilities, and seamless integration with other tools.

Salesforce Sales Cloud can feel overcomplicated at times, especialy for smaller teams or when you dont need all the advanced features. The setup and customization require a lot of time, and some workflows are not very intuitive at first. Also, the pricing can get expensive as you add more users and features.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of having sales data scattered across different tools and spreadsheets. It gives us one central place to track leads, accounts, opportunities, and deal progress. This makes the sales process more transparent, improves follow-ups, and helps the team stay aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce's sales cloud is one of the best bacause of its end to end sales cycle which is highlly custamizable and user frienddly. There are several things such as the standard objects and the previlage to create custom objects and other things as per the business requirements. I woork as a developer and the lightning flows is life saver because I don;t need to write a single line of code to autoate several things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing which I dislike about salesforce sales cloud is that the lightning UI is is sometimes takes too much time to get loaded. For example, If I make any kind of changes in the page layout or in flexi page (lightning record page) it takes too much time to get reflected which is a headache for me as a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one of the most common problem that salesforce sales cloud is solving is the filling the gaps between different channels of a business because it provides a 360* data view. For any business sales and service are the most important things. Sales cloud offers us platform to keep everything in 360 view so that the business can have their maxium outcome out of it.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps declutter our business's hard drive, boosts marketing efforts, and simplifies job bidding, especially in industrial HVAC. Its integration flexibility saves our team time and labor. Personally, it saves me at least thirty minutes a day and operates efficiently.

Although it is the number 1 CRM in the world, the cost of the licenses in the salesforce is very high. So, small and medium size companies can't afford Salesforce.
