Outstanding Experience with Exceptional Results

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is simple to use for our sales process and also you get mobile app by which I can use it on the go. Also it can be integrated with various system which we use like concur, conga composer, performa.
What do you dislike about the product?
Einstein Activity Capture is not working properly some times and take longer time to sync due to which we are not able to track all the opportunities latest activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall salesforce is helping us to manage campaign to leads conversion, sales process and then in billing and invoicing. Also it helps us in resource management. For that we have bought Certinia PSA license.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us create a lead management system and provides insights on user sales, like leads to contact and the campaigns they are associated with. I love that I can use leads, contact, and other relevant data with Marketing Cloud to target customers for relevant experiences rather than random promotions. I find the email to case feature, Einstein lead scoring, and AI email generation especially useful for creating connected experiences. The setup was pretty easy too since most things are configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One user can have multiple IDs if duplication rules are not set up properly, and sometimes the speed of the instance is an issue. It can take a lot of time to process some things and open pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for a unified lead management system, gaining insights into lead sources and associations. It integrates with Marketing Cloud to deliver targeted, personalized experiences beyond mass promotions, offering valuable contact insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud because it provides a 360-degree view of the customer, which is very valuable as it helps teams personalize outreach and build stronger relationships. I find it very easy to use, which makes tasks more manageable. The powerful automation within the platform is also a significant highlight for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the complexity and learning curve challenging because new users could feel overwhelmed at the beginning. There are some reporting limitations, and the cost and licensing complexity can be confusing.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves every kind of problem for us. It provides a complete picture of the customer, helping teams personalize outreach and build stronger relationships, and it's very useful with its ease of use and powerful automation.

Effortless Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion with Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing that I find about Sales Cloud is the smooth conversion from Lead to Opportunity. I've used other CRM platforms in the past, but the way Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to map the fields and auto-populate those fields in relevant Account/Contact and Opportunity records is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is on bit of an expensive side for SMBs. Yes, Starter Suite is an option, but then it limits us with number of Flow automations, and no sandboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of story line and unification. Entire sales journey (from Lead coming in from various channels, lead assignment, lead conversion, and Opportunity management) just fits right. The data model is so tightly integrated that the story line feels seamless for any industry. All the meticulous details like the flexibility to position the tasks and events, option to add team members working on a opportunity, sharing and access, it's like once you get used to Sales Cloud, it's almost impossible to replicate the same in any other CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement, and easy to use , due to its highly customizable and scalable feature it can fit almost any complex sales process. It is suitable for small to large business enterprises.

Automation and deep analytics features are locked behind the high priced Enterprise and unlimited editions.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the automation feature in Salesforce Sales Cloud. It helps to churn data easily and fetch reports on hand, which is really handy for us. I also find it beneficial for bifurcating the details for every advisory in the team, which streamlines our workflow in telesales.

The link between Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Ameyo dialer can sometimes be quite hectic if any tool is not responding properly.

What do you like best about the product?
As the name implies, this tool is primarily designed to assist sales professionals in managing customer relationships more effectively. For Salesforce developers,implementation is very easy as it comes with in-built generic sales process and all basic features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software comes with a learning curve that can be quite time-consuming for those without an IT background, which may affect how easily it can be adopted. Additionally, the license cost varies between different editions, depending on the features required.

At many times, Sales Leads are getting piled up and it is tough to prioritize but using lead scoring, it helps to determines the likelihood of converting a sales lead into a customer. It helps sellers decide where to prioritize their sales efforts, so they can pursue the most promising prospects.
