Boosted Customer Engagement, Needs Better AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like a ton of things about Salesforce Sales Cloud. One of the best ones is automating a lot of processes related to opportunities and accounts. I appreciate being able to keep all the different things in one place with all the documents associated with the opportunity, emails, and track of meetings we've had. The best feature is the sales engagement, which used to be known as high velocity sales. It allows me to touch base with the people I need to on a regular interval with hyper personalized content. I particularly like using Sales Cloud with Slack. Now that we have Salesforce channels inside Slack, I can do a ton of my work there and keep track of everything without switching between multiple tools, which is really helpful and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the Einstein capabilities or the AI capabilities could be improved for Salesforce Sales Cloud, especially because their AI capabilities incur a ton of cost. Being a small company, it's not feasible for us to pay this much for generative AI capabilities. Also, when working with sensitive data, we don’t feel comfortable using other AI tools, so having better generative capabilities would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me track everything in one place, keeping customer needs, opportunities, and accounts organized. It automates processes and lets me engage leads regularly, reducing the need to contact each team member individually.
Effortless Lead and Task Management in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how easy it makes it to keep track of everything. I can see my leads, opportunities, and tasks all in one place, which really helps me stay on top of my day
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful, it can feel a bit complex at times. Some tasks require too many clicks, and the interface can be overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically keeps everything organised for me. Instead of tracking things in different places, I have one system where I can see my pipeline, follow-ups, and customer activity. It saves a lot of time and reduces the chances of missing something important

What I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the fact that there are various custom dashboard views, filters for pulling reports and third party integrations available.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the key issue of consolidating all of our customer contact information, contracts and potentials. Having all of this on a single platform helps in improving Sales and Revenue operations effectively
Intuitive and Efficient CRM with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud's friendly interface, which makes it easy for me to find information, especially before I make a call. It's really fast too, which helps me quickly locate the information I'm looking for. This support in finding information allows me to adjust my approach for different end users based on their needs. It's also really easy to use and understand, which is great not only for me as an end user but also for administrators who find it really good with no difficulty in using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's too much to dislike. Sometimes, there might be a glitch or it can be kinda slow because of an update, but it's just once in a while. Overall, it's doing really good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to easily understand and adapt my approach to different end users and leads, with everything in one place. It helps me generate new leads and know what services users currently use, allowing for efficient calls.

In Salesforce Sales Cloud, we can see, at a glance, how many leads we get and how many we convert into opportunities using their in-built reports and dashboard features. We can also analyze past data.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it brings everything into a unified view and offers a lot of flexibility and customization. You can tailor objects and fields and automation to match business practices without heavy coding, which is huge for scalability. It also offers a bunch of out-of-the-box automation like flows and Einstein AI, which can reduce manual work. The data-driven insights, especially for forecasting for leadership, are super helpful. There's also a huge integration ecosystem available, so you can sync with everything. The mobile app is okay too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Salesforce is really old, and there's a lot of customizations that have added tech debt over time that we need to clean up or start fresh. Another issue is complexity for new users. It can be overwhelming for new sales reps to know what to look for or what's important. We could probably do a better job at offering more standardized reports for our end use.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to solve visibility issues in our sales pipeline and manage leads more efficiently. It enhances team collaboration, standardizes sales processes, and improves revenue forecasting with AI insights. The mobile app provides access to essential data, and it centralizes information to reduce data fragmentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration tools in salesforce chatter allows my collegues to communicate and share information on customers account where action is required. Additionally, it allows me to follow up with escalated cases, accounts, and tasks in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glishes at time cannot be cleared while you have a customer online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps to handle inbound requests more efficiently and even when volumes are high. Plus, if a customer needs to escalate, you already have context, making the whole interaction smoother. ,You can check status updates, or provide resolutions whether and it provides easier collaboration with my colleagues, keeping everyone on the same page about customer issues and prioritize cases effectively, ensuring that nothing gets missed.

The main downsides of Salesforce Cloud are its high costs (licensing, implementation, add-ons), steep learning curve & complexity for users and admins, integration challenges with other systems, need for technical expertise for customization, potential for slow support, and reliance on internet. Other issues include data storage limits, complex data visualization, and poor user adoption due to its overwhelming features for simpler needs, making it less ideal for small businesses.

What do you dislike about the product?
High cost — The licensing, add-ons, customization, and ongoing maintenance can be expensive. For small businesses or companies with tight budgets, this makes it hard to justify

Scattered data and fragmented tools: Many teams end up using spreadsheets, emails, separate apps for leads, contacts, quotes, follow-ups — causing data silos, duplication, confusion over who owns which lead or deal
User-Friendly and Efficient Platform for All Skill Levels
What do you like best about the product?
I can say that Salesforce Sales Cloud is a useful tool. Although we are not very tech-savvy, we find this tool easy to navigate. It allows us to quickly locate the information we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't really have any complaints. Occasionally, it takes a while to load, but I think that's probably due to my internet connection. Overall, I find Salesforce to be a good platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has made it much easier for me to find the account information of specific members. Whenever a caller has questions about claims or benefits, I can quickly access and locate the necessary details. This tool truly simplifies my work and makes my daily tasks feel much lighter.
