What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful tool that enables and empowers our team to do our day to day sales business. In a centralized location with all customer information, it gives us a lense that no other tool.

We have multiple clouds, service cloud, marketing cloud and that provide us with a full 360 on our customers. We are informed of our client interactions, needs, leads and opportunities.

With Sales Cloud we have became a more productive company, efficient and has helped us reach our targets.

We use Sales cloud daily, and many team members at least 3-5 times a week. With a great amount of features and AI, it has been an excellent tool. WIth all the AI and agentforce coming up we have leveraged Coach Sales, AI insights and summarize.
Support and community and articles are of a plenty, really like the slack Salesblazer community where I can ask peers for assistance, gain insights and share tips and tricks
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool and lots can be done. From a user perspective can be at times hard to pick up, but once in the flow is excellent. I noticed a lot of emphasis on improving workflows, UI/UX and has been great. With browser extension, mobile apps and so on.

From an Admin side there is work to be done, but pays off in the long term for sure. Lastly, with tools with great features and constant updates it requires release management and staying on top of things, however, worth it. Do consider a learning curve and the size of your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our organization has been super helpful with breaking silos, barriers to entry of market as well as loosing opportunities, leads and critical client information. Everyone in the organization can place information on the customer that would benefit us all and give us as close and truly a customer 360.

All-in-One Platform for Seamless Collaboration and Customer Success

  • December 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is our one stop shop and hub for all our prospect, customers, opportunities and future sales. Great platform for team working, collaboration and customer success. Truly enjoy how all the information is one place, avoiding silos, and missing opportunities. Also, appreciate the cross-functional team empowerment it provides. Our organization uses Salesforce Cloud every day, and other team members frequency of use would be if not daily 3-4 times a week.

Ease of use after some time of learning and experience. Great tutorials and hands on training at trailhead and fantastic communities in slack and in trailhead as well. Lots of sessions, webinars and folks willing to help and support you along the way with great support team and many help articles. Now with Agentforce automations are great, easier and many out of the box. Top tier CRM platform with ease of integration to multiple tools, not only Salesforce, but many more with their vast ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a powerful tool, with lots of bells and whistles it can be a bit intimidating at first. However, the new releases have made the use of the application much easier, browser extension tab, mobile apps, and a flexibility of interfaces that admins can create for specific roles and personas.
One thing as you evaluate for your CRM and collecting data is to make sure you have good data governance and take care of any duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for all customer information, clear pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, better collaboration across teams, from sales, to pre-sales, to CSM to support as well. All information in one place enables the true 360 of a customer facilitating the relationship and enabling true partnerships and success.
Provides standard processes, takes down silos, and no opportunities and sales are lost since all information lives in Salesforce.
Enter automations, from there a lot of things can be done, from reminders, data validations, sales coaching with AI, leveraging Agentforce for amazing business efficiency and customer care. All of this cuts down admin work and increase exponentially the customer succes.

Versatile, Customizable, Yet Some Integration Hiccups

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Salesforce Sales Cloud everything's kinda all together, making it easier to manage customer and operational needs. When set up correctly, I can see anything I need easily. As a Salesforce admin, I find it valuable to customize layouts so my team can see what's best for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with Einstein Activity Capture because part of my team uses a custom object, and you can't customize it. We're missing a lot of data because Salesforce won't have that as an editable thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud keeps everything together, aligning contacts, accounts, and custom objects. It ensures our shipping, customer support, and sales teams are on the same page.

Streamlined Automation and Data Management

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its outstanding automation capabilities. The automations streamline workflows significantly and ship tasks in a much more efficient manner, which is a major benefit for my system. This feature notably decreases human errors, providing reliability and precision in the processes. Additionally, the platform consolidates customer data into a single location, simplifying relationship management. This consolidation is crucial for ease in managing data relationships within the company. I also find that the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud was relatively straightforward, especially since it resembles other platforms we have used, making it simpler and perhaps easier than some other cloud platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional issues with synchronizing or speed of the hardware between my laptop and the Salesforce Sales Cloud can sometimes pose a problem. It happens due to my internal system issues, particularly with the Internet connection, rather than Salesforce itself.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Transformed the Way I Sell

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a highly certified Salesforce professional with years of hands-on experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud, I can confidently say it’s the most reliable sales platform and CRM I’ve used. From capturing leads to closing deals, it seamlessly supports the entire sales cycle and gives a clear 360° view of every customer. Getting started with Salesforce Sales Cloud was straightforward. The Trailhead learning platform and help documentation made onboarding easy, so I could quickly begin managing opportunities and leads without needing to contact support often. When I did need help, Salesforce support was responsive and resolved issues efficiently, making the experience smooth.

Using Einstein Lead Scoring helped me focus on the highest-priority leads, while Next Best Actions guided my daily decisions to move deals forward efficiently. Automation took care of repetitive tasks, so I could focus on managing opportunities, building client relationships and closing deals. Salesforce Sales Cloud became an essential part of my daily workflow, I rely on it constantly to track progress, manage opportunities and plan next steps. Integrating Slack transformed collaboration. Deal updates, record edits and real-time notifications for pipeline changes came directly into Slack, keeping the team aligned and accelerating decision-making. Integrations with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party tools made key information instantly accessible. Using Salesforce Sales Cloud every day, I experienced faster deal cycles, higher productivity and complete visibility over my pipeline. It’s not just a feature-rich platform — it transformed the way I work, allowing me to focus on what matters most: closing deals and building stronger customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any major issues with Salesforce Sales Cloud. The platform is constantly evolving and I’m genuinely excited to explore new features as they roll out, which keeps my work fresh and helps me get even more value from the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Salesforce Sales Cloud, managing leads, tracking deals and keeping everyone aligned across the sales team was time-consuming and difficult to manage. With Salesforce Sales Cloud, I can prioritize leads with Einstein Lead Scoring, get Next Best Actions guidance and track opportunities in real time, which has made my daily workflow much more efficient. Automation reduced repetitive tasks, allowing me to focus on building client relationships and closing deals, rather than manual data entry. The integration with Slack keeps me and my team aligned with real-time notifications for pipeline changes and deal updates, eliminating missed opportunities or delays. Dashboards and analytics give me clear visibility into my pipeline and performance, making forecasting and decision-making much easier. Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud has accelerated deal cycles, improved productivity and given me full confidence in the accuracy of my data, transforming the way I work.
