What do you like best about the product?
I believe the check-in and check-out function is the most important feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really like the app. I think it needs more offline functions.

The agent handles sales within the territory.

That helps us improve the issue of capturing new leads by increasing the productivity of our business
What do you dislike about the product?
We may not be able to obtain all the KPIs of our company with what our licensing provides us. Migrate to other platforms.

It helps me improve business productivity, as it helps me obtain important information from my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I find managing opportunities and leads using Salesforce Sales Cloud invaluable for my business. The platform's customization options, like building my own UI and defining workflows, are another standout feature. Also, I'm looking forward to utilizing its forecasting capabilities in my consulting work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud was complicated, as it required overcoming some hiccups before I could learn and manage it effectively. Also, I feel that the mobile native experience could be improved for better performance and usability.
