Powerful Sales Pipeline Visibility, but Complex Customization in Salesforce Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it gives our teams complete visibility of the sales pipeline in real time. We can easily track opportunities, automate follow-ups, and forecast more accurately. The integration with Marketing Cloud also helps us connect leads to personalized journeys, improving both efficiency and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is extremely powerful, but its flexibility also makes it complex. Customization and automation setup often require technical expertise, so small adjustments can take longer than expected. However, once properly configured, it performs very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped us organize and centralize our entire sales process. Before, we managed leads and opportunities across multiple spreadsheets and emails, which made tracking and reporting difficult.

Now, with Sales Cloud, we have real-time visibility of every opportunity, automated follow-ups, and more accurate forecasting. This has improved collaboration between teams, reduced response times, and given leadership a clearer understanding of pipeline health and performance.

Quick Setup and Customization, but List View Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Easy out of the box functionality that can be set up quickly to start selling with the ability to completely customize solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
List view columns are not drag and drop.

Helps identify sales gaps for our team to identify and target for future sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate all the features of Salesforce Sales Cloud, which I consider the best CRM in the world. It has helped our sales teams to be more efficient, assertive, and to close more deals. I also value the predictive intelligence of Einstein, which I find extremely useful.

Great Reporting and Easy Management, but Lightning Can Be Slow

What do you like best about the product?
Managing accounts, opportunities, and pipelines has been straightforward. The out-of-the-box reports are especially useful for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Lightning interface feels slower compared to the classic experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salescloud to manage our process from leads all the way to quotes. It allows us to organize groups and synchronize with our downstream systems, both in real time and in batch mode. This functionality is beneficial for our business.
