Powerful and Flexible, but Navigation Needs Improvement

Its flexibility and robust capabilities allow us to define, refine, and enforce our processes, while also enabling us to measure and optimize revenue outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the platform can be challenging, and its user experience is not the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to track, manage, and report on our revenue and the associated processes. It helps us stay organized and ensures that all aspects of our revenue operations are monitored effectively.
Great for SDRs and BDRs, Looking Forward to Sales Cloud Integration

Nothing special but I would say it will improve more when agent force get sales cloud

I love how flexible the platform is. It is so easy to build object, fields and have a. Relational database.

It should allow us to have three columns.

It store all clients data and legal cases. We create reports and dashboards with it.

Sales cloud is amazing and the best thing it is very easy with lead to case process.

Right now no complains but I guess now I will use agent force to make things automatic

Easy to manage everything at one place. No need to go to outside app. You can make better decisions with business while working on improvements.

What I appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it consolidates everything sales teams need into one central platform. Managing leads, opportunities, accounts, and customer interactions all from a single view significantly boosts efficiency. I also value its flexibility—it functions well right out of the box for typical sales processes, yet it can be tailored with automation, AI-driven insights, and integrations to suit specific business requirements. The reporting and dashboards are straightforward, making it simple to monitor performance in real time. Plus, with mobile access, sales representatives can remain productive no matter where they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find challenging about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that certain advanced features can be quite complex to configure and manage. To truly make the most of its capabilities, you often require the expertise of an administrator or developer, which can pose a significant hurdle for smaller teams lacking technical support. Additionally, the costs associated with licensing and add-ons can accumulate rapidly if you wish to utilize all the advanced functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the problem of fragmented sales data and lack of visibility into the pipeline. Instead of information being scattered across spreadsheets, emails, or different tools, everything is centralised in one system. This gives sales teams a clear view of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, helping them prioritise the right deals and move faster. With built-in automation and AI-driven insights, tasks like lead scoring, forecasting, and follow-ups become much more efficient. The benefit is stronger collaboration across teams, more accurate forecasting, and ultimately more closed deals and higher revenue.

I think it enables our sales team to reach our customers are still on a personal level

I think for me, it’s the implementation sometimes takes some time because of the customization for each org. But that’s also the beauty of it.

I think it’s enabling us to reach higher levels of leads and referrals and converting those opportunities into real relationships
