Smooth Interface, Needs Better Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of Salesforce Sales Cloud because it's smooth to use and has an easy layout, which significantly enhances my daily workflow leading to better time management and organization. Using this product for over five years daily in managing my customer sales flow, I find it helps enormously in ensuring efficiency and maintaining quality assurance throughout the process. Even though I was not involved directly in the initial setup, the setup process appeared very smooth, contributing to a seamless transition when we first started using it. Moreover, my overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is so positive that I would highly recommend it to others, evidenced by my willingness to give it a recommendation score of 9 out of 10.

All-in-One Lead Management Platform with Superior Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
This platform truly feels like a jack of all trades for lead and sales management. It offers a wide variety of tracking options, which I find to be much better than those available in other CRMs I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found it a bit overwhelming, but after watching a few YouTube videos, it became much easier to use. There is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app is extremely useful, as it brings together three separate products I previously relied on. Editing information and advancing customers through different stages is straightforward and intuitive. Before, when I used Excel to track everything, I often lost data, but this app has solved that problem.
Radically Customizable with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy data upload is with Salesforce Sales Cloud, which simplifies the process and saves me a lot of time. The radical customization feature, especially the low code/no code aspect, allows me to tailor the platform to my specific business needs and even replace spreadsheets, making it speak my business language more effectively. I appreciate the robust reporting capabilities and the enterprise-grade customization options available when scaling up, as well as the enhanced security features. The initial setup was challenging, but I commend the Salesforce team for their efforts in smoothing out the process, which demonstrates their commitment to improving user experience.

I find the high cost of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be a significant drawback, making it a less economical option for some businesses. Additionally, there is a steep learning curve involved in mastering the platform, which can be intimidating and time-consuming for new users. Without strict oversight, the complexity of the system may lead to inefficient use and potential issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to consolidate scattered customer data, replace spreadsheets, and streamline manual processes with easy data uploads and radical customization, enhancing my workflow by speaking my specific business language.

Assigning Accounts, Leads, contacts and Opportunities automatically via territory management

Nothing, i really dont like it.. we came from hubspot and its a nightmare.. i guess reports are more in depth but still so hard to build a report it doesnt even matter

Not very user friendly, no tasks that are functional, not very intuitive.. a lot of duplicate companies..

Integral Tool for Our Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud seamlessly integrates various aspects of our sales process, such as logging calls, managing advisor profiles, creating client profiles, and tracking sales opportunities from inception to completion. This integration is invaluable to me and makes Salesforce Sales Cloud an indispensable tool in my daily work. I also find the software relatively easy to learn, thanks to the training provided at my workplace and the fact that it was well set up when I started using it. The ability to link the illustration software, DesignIt, directly with Salesforce enhances our workflow by allowing easy access and modification of client illustrations. Furthermore, the feature that stands out most is its ability to sync the entire sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The cohesive structure and functionality make it an essential component of my work, and I would personally consider purchasing it if my company did not already provide it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more access to the scoring of my call logs. I think this may be more of an administrative function disability and not a Salesforce Sales Cloud specific issue.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud integral in organizing my sales process, from logging calls to coordinating financial advisors and clients. It streamlines creating profiles and integrating sales data, which enhances efficiency and connectivity across tasks.

It often happens that some functions don't work properly and you have to click multiple times or open and close sessions before being able to use a specific command

It allows you to track all aspects of a deal and to identify any red flags, as well as quantify them economically
Great Sales Tracking & Integration, But Needs Faster Loading
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud keeps track of all my sales emails & calls that I have. I can also create follow up tasks in order to push a deal to closing. It integrates well with my Microsoft Outlooks & the phone at my office desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it requires very strong WiFi in order to load everything properly. I wish it would load faster and more efficiently. Also, I find that there are some days where the Salesforce platform is down or under maintenance, which makes using it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by allowing me to keep track of all my deals, sales contacts, conversations, emails and phone calls in one place. It is great at consolidating all my work efforts and shows what I am working on to my manager well.
