As teams grow, it’s hard to maintain consistent processes, data quality, and forecasting accuracy. Sales Cloud scales easily, supports complex processes, and ensures consistent practices across teams.

The ease of automating mundane tasks like data entry and routine follow ups has lead to an increase in productivity. Apart from that features supporting lead management and pipeline tracking are awesome.

It has steep learning curve apart from a hefty cost which might not be feasible for smaller organizations.

I also value the seamless integration with other software like Sage 100, which enhances our workflow. Furthermore, the ease of use and the capability to check in from multiple locations are standout features that significantly enhance our operational flexibility.

I have been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for sixteen years as our CRM, and it has incredibly supported our customer information management. I appreciate the smooth installation and onboarding experience, which was excellently supported by Salesforce. The onboarding process stands out as one of the best. Additionally, Salesforce Sales Cloud effectively addresses our data management challenges by providing quick access and a unified platform for emails, law cases, contracts, and logging other relevant information, centralizing everything efficiently. The integration capabilities with Zoom significantly add to its convenience, making the entire experience more efficient and streamlined for communication. I'm happy with the overall Salesforce experience, which reflects positively in considering repurchasing and recommending the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support service is slow, taking up to four days to resolve issues. This delays critical resolution processes. Would appreciate better pricing or discounts, which would make the service more appealing and justify continued use. believe there's room for improvement in service retention that could enhance the overall experience.
