What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of setup and seamless integration with Salesforce, which made the onboarding process smooth. The drawing maps feature is incredibly useful, allowing precise targeting of prospects and the ability to easily export and use prospect lists for campaigns. It’s a fun and versatile tool that we utilize frequently. I find it highly efficient for managing territories and generating insightful reports. Overall, it’s a great tool that serves our needs perfectly.

I do not dislike anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Maps for territory management, drawing maps to target prospects, running reports, and creating campaigns, which makes my tasks efficient and streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ease of use and valuable AI features. It's incredibly beneficial for capturing prospect information and automating tasks with features like agent force. The initial setup was simple, which is another advantage.

I wish the configuration, especially around AI, was easier. It would be beneficial to streamline the setup process to make building agents simpler and more straightforward.

Salesforce Sales Cloud lacks some of the features found in Marketing Cloud, but that's understandable since they are separate licenses.

I love how easy it is to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud. It effectively manages our sales pipeline, tracks deal closures, and forecasts future revenue.
