Easy Reporting & Opportunity Tracking That Drives Revenue
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is probably one of the best tools for sales professionals. It’s easy to create reports and opportunities, track progress, and ultimately help drive more revenue for your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
None yet in my opinion, everything is really smooth for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sales Cloud, I can track every lead, activity, and opportunity in a single system. Follow-ups don’t get missed, the pipeline stays clear, and managers can see exactly where deals are getting stuck. For me, that translates into better organization, more accurate forecasting, and clearer priorities day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with my company's own systems. Its global support and multi-device capability are features I value greatly. Additionally, the use is very easy and intuitive, which makes it easier for me to manage customer information.

High cost and technical knowledge requirement, certain modifications are expensive

Still new and learning it. Not sure I would say I dislike anything right now.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing that I found about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that just before we didn't used any such things, we used to forget when to call clients and also lost leads and now the best thing I got was it tells me who to call and when should we do a follow up, which deal will be going to close sooner and more than that it provides a smart digital office like setup for the sales team instead of creating and merging things from different sources at one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things that I don't like about it is when we have thousands of leads or a lot of activities, that is when it starts to lag while opening accounts and slowly loads records and reports take a lot of time to build and another thing is as we need regular customizations for products and have to add different integrations so after some years it becomes difficult to understand the system which makes that for even small changes and updates, we need consultants
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems that Salesforce is actually solving are that earlier sales reports were mostly excel lies and managers had to rely on their gut feelings but after using salesforce sales cloud, you will get a real pipeline along with realtime conversion rate and another one is that finance teams need to know that how much of the revenue is coming and when will the cash arrive so in these cases salesforce sales cloud provides weighted pipelines and closing probabilities too which is helpful in production planning
Secure but Costly CRM with Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud is secure and trustworthy, which is important given our compliance needs in the health care space. It's helpful from a reporting perspective, especially for dealing with complex reporting structures with multiple datasets from different third parties. I appreciate the wealth of different Trailblazer-approved partners that support mid-market to mid-sized company needs, which is valuable because we don't have all the resources ourselves. In a comparison with another competitor, Salesforce was the only one that was acceptable for its security, stability, certifications, and compliance. While it may be a difficult tool to use, these features make Salesforce Sales Cloud valuable to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I love the product itself. There are a lot of functional gaps. It's really, really expensive, far too expensive for the value that we actually get out of it. It's also really just hard to use. It's hard to make changes, hard to do reports, and really hard to do anything. We had a big messy dataset and some issues, but we had to get third party help. There was always a catch, bug, or gotcha. Nothing was seamless or out of the box or WYSIWYG. Everything seemed to be a problem and took at least a week to get any sort of movement on. It's definitely not for the faint of heart. The initial setup was terrible and not easy at all. It was very difficult and there's very little help from Salesforce themselves for smaller companies. You're stuck going to a third party, and while there are a lot of them, it's quite expensive.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is helpful for complex reporting structures and compliance issues. It's trustworthy with multiple datasets from different third parties.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud allows for creating and tracking opportunities through all stages until they close as won. I find the complete account, contact, and opportunity tracking of agencies very beneficial. It also helps in generating reports as needed. The initial setup was easy; we just procured the licenses and started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Einstein Activity Capture feature a bit problematic because if we enable it, it has some dependencies and either one feature will work but both features will not work at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud connects different agencies, maintains hierarchical relationships, and tracks bookings. It allows complete account, contact, and opportunity tracking and helps generate reports as needed.
Great for Tracking Leads, But Customization Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because I am able to keep up with my leads and sales cycle/deals!
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is different based off the company I work with! this one I'm not a fan of because of the notes section. its kind of all over the place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its helping me stay on top of all of my prospects and leads. I handle over 500 accounts so this helps me organize them . Love using last activity date feature.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of scattered customer data, manual sales work, and limited visibility into the pipeline - benefiting you by keeping everything in one place, automating busywork, and giving you clearer insights so you can focus on closing deals faster and more predictably.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy to keep track of all of your potential clients in one database. It’s easy to contact, inquire, and plan meetings with past, future, and present clients. Their customer support is also top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we didn’t integrate it sooner into our business. It’s also a bit pricey, but all good things in life are. It’s worth every single penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unable to keep our book of business organized properly. We tried Cloud Doc programs, Sheets, etc. Salesforce Sales Cloud solved all of that, seamlessly allowing us to grow our business.
