Essential for Geographic Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the geographic plotting feature in Salesforce Maps, which effectively represents data and enhances routing efficiency. This tool helps visualize customer locations and identify leads, significantly aiding our operations. Its ease of integration with our existing Salesforce setup proves very beneficial. Overall, it has been a very helpful addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there might be a bit of a learning curve for someone who is using Salesforce Maps for the first time. Additionally, although it has been very helpful, I would like more data sources to be embedded into Salesforce Maps to add more value. I also think incorporating more AI-based intelligence could enhance its functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Salesforce Maps to visualize geographic data, which greatly improves how I plan routes and view customer locations and leads. This tool has made a noticeable difference in my decision-making process and daily operations.
Convenient All-in-One Platform, but Basic on Some Systems

Flexible and Customizable, but Admin Interface Feels Outdated
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, the ability to accommodate any sales related process (fields, objects, screens, automations, etc)

Certain screens and settings on the admin side appear to be outdated.

I appreciate being able to keep all of our CRM information and data organized within a single system, which also makes it easy to collaborate with my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud makes salespeople much more efficient and improves productivity. I am also very pleased with how it works overall, especially regarding the agency force part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud is difficult, especially when scaling. Additionally, I would like to have cheaper prices, especially for the agency force part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The salespeople are much more efficient and I have an increase in productivity thanks to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
