What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly powerful and flexible, with strong lead, opportunity, and pipeline management. Its reporting and dashboards provide deep visibility into sales performance, and the ecosystem of integrations and automations is a major strength.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve and can feel complex for new users. Customization often requires admin expertise, and licensing and add-on costs can become expensive as usage scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of fragmented sales data and manual sales tracking by centralizing leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities in a single system. This improves visibility into the pipeline, enables more accurate forecasting, and standardizes sales processes. As a result, it helps prioritize the right deals, improves collaboration across teams, and drives more informed, data-driven sales decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clear visibility Salesforce Sales Cloud provides into the sales pipeline. The ability to track deals, automate follow-ups, and customize workflows makes managing sales much easier. It keeps everything organized and helps me stay focused on the right opportunities at the right time. I also appreciate how integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with email tools, marketing automation platforms, and collaboration apps keeps customer communication, lead data, and team collaboration in sync. It ensures all information flows smoothly without switching between multiple systems. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward. Setting up basic pipelines, user accounts, and dashboards was easy, and once configured, it became very smooth to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge with Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex at times, especially for new users. Some features require extra setup or customization before they become truly useful. The interface can also feel heavy when you’re doing quick, everyday tasks. A simpler default experience and easier onboarding would make it more efficient for daily use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage the sales process efficiently. It consolidates sales information, tracks leads, and reduces manual work with automation. It helps organize customer interactions and follow-ups, ensuring nothing gets missed and providing clear visibility into the sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Salesforce Sales Cloud user interface. It's easy to use and I've faced no issues with it. The customer support is very responsive, which is fantastic. The customer experience overall has been great, and the initial setup was easy and smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of customisability and bespoke nature is second to none. The ability to link external data and create a detailed, bespoke system that links into your business is great. From both sales and account management, the platform has allowed our teams to have a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. Creating a detailed, customised experience requires lots of time, but also understanding the data structure behind how objects link and that there are relationships everywhere. You can rarely fully optimise it without professional support.

The other thing would be how the CRM works as a marketing tool. Out the box it should be simple to email all clients based on data labels, but the sales cloud environment is clunky in doing so

Create, manage and complete sales cycles, alongside handing it over to the account management team in detail

Salesforce Sales Cloud has a bit of a learning curve for beginners and is a little complex to set up. It's also a little time-consuming and technical during the initial setup.
