Useful for Sales but Overloaded Screens
What do you like best about the product?
I love how SLSK Cloud helps me sell my products by offering the ability to track ongoing opportunities. The new features are also a valuable asset. I mainly use the software from the Salesforce suite, which integrates well together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much information on the different screens.

I use SLSK Cloud mainly to sell my products, and it helps me have strong control over ongoing opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Salesforce Sales Cloud's ability to integrate service and sales processes into a unified platform, enhancing visibility across departments. The AI capabilities significantly streamline operations, boosting efficiency for agents. Salesforce stands out as the best choice for enterprise-level CRM. It's also user-friendly with innovative features, and the support team resolves issues promptly, offering a great overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that dealing with support tickets can be somewhat challenging, causing some angst even though issues are usually resolved in a decent time for a complex solution like Salesforce. Additionally, I believe there is room for improvement in streamlining data processes, which would be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines processes, enhances efficiency with AI, and offers a unified platform connecting service and sales. It's user-friendly once learned, benefiting reps by improving workflow efficiency.
Excellent Sales Flow and Lead Nurturing, but Invoicing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The sales flow and functionality of the activity timeline and ease of use with the opportunity teams and lead nurturing are quite exquisite! It’s a must have for any company that houses sales support staff members to succeed in bringing leads in to successfully convert into opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s quite a bit of work that could be done on the invoicing side. It’s understandable the architecture and how it was designed was built for a lot of the b2b clientele, but minor tweaks made to the architecture could make it easy enough to switch to b2c.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us thrive in the world of fast nurturing leads in the legal industry where speed to lead is absolutely critical in order to have a high rate of conversion.
Fast Lead-to-Cash Cycle and Easy Third-Party Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The turnaround time for the lead to cash lifecycle is really short and the ability to plugin and nurture leads with third party apps

Not really much as this does offer best on class tool

Easy Lead Tracking in Sales Cloud, but Marketing Features Costly for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
We only have a few users on sales cloud. It’s easy to configure and track leads and create dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that as a small company we need to purchase marketing cloud if we want to send engagaement. For this reason we have found a cheaper solution outside of Salesforce

Salesforce Sales Cloud: Essential and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software facilitates all account management, such as approaching agencies, seminars, and events, in one place. I value the ease of configuration similar to Service Cloud. Additionally, the ActiveG feature captures all calls, which simplifies resolving queries, and the centralized business process greatly improves organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not integrate any software with Salesforce Sales Cloud, which indicates a limitation in the integration with other important tools we use, such as Microsoft Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I have the entire business process in one place, improving account management and facilitating the resolution of queries with calls.
