I like the layout. It is bright and it's easy to spot things on screen.

Sometimes it lags and runs slow on server.

Sometimes the information is withheld and that makes it difficult to benefit from the whole layout and benefits provided by the software
Great for Deal Tracking but Cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
I like the little characters and the cute pop-ups in Salesforce Sales Cloud. They add levity to every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very cumbersome to use and it is very data entry heavy. It's a lot of clicking and ensuring things are saved properly and in the correct places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for tracking opportunities on deals, solving the problem of remembering deal progress and info from both inbound and outbound outreach.

Sales Cloud is really helpful for its ease of use, making it comfortable for teams to work with on a daily basis, even for users who are not very technical. The ease of implementation helps teams get started quickly, and responsive customer support provides reassurance when questions or challenges come up. With frequent day-to-day usage, the wide number of features supports most sales needs. Overall, the ease of integration with other tools helps teams collaborate better and keeps the sales process running smoothly.

Sometimes, Sales Cloud can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because of the sheer number of features, and it naturally takes some time, practice, and guidance to feel fully comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics and performance tracking inside the Salescloud help identify bottlenecks early, forecast more accurately, and measure individual and team performance.

Its versatile functionality and the range of services it provides make it stand out.

There isn't much to mention, except that occasionally the processing can be a bit slow.

Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses issues such as fragmented customer data, ineffective lead tracking, limited sales visibility, and manual sales processes by bringing all customer information together, automating key workflows, and offering real-time insights through comprehensive reports and dashboards. For me, this means I save time, can prioritize leads more effectively, make better decisions, collaborate more easily with my team, and engage with customers in a more personalized way. As a result, my productivity increases and my sales results improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the newer tools in Salesforce Sales Cloud like the Agent Force for sales features. This includes tools like the sales development rep agent, the sales coach, and the lead nurturing agent, which bring some sort of AI capabilities to our workflow. These tools significantly reduce the manual tasks we used to do, as they automate a lot of the process. For new teammates, the onboarding agent is also helpful. The sales coach provides good guidance by checking all leads, opportunities, and accounts, offering a holistic view of all the information in one place. The lead nurturing agent automates communication with customers, serving as the first point of contact and saving a lot of time for our human sales reps. I also appreciate that the initial setup is quite easy and straightforward, thanks to the great documentation available from the Salesforce help website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the need for more customizable templates, especially around the AI cases, to be lacking. Having a little more customization would be nice compared to what we have currently.

I work with a client that utilizes Salesforce and find it useful to update order status. The integration with email for new orders and being able to update existing orders is easy to navigate and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When clicking on the link in the new order email, it would be beneficial to have the app take me straight to the order instead of logging in then typing/pasting the work order in the search field.

The advantages of using the dashboard help keep track of outstanding work orders, parts and technicians' work.
