What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its user-friendly and extremely easy to use interface. It's invaluable in organizing our customer data, contacts, and details to enable our sales teams to sell better and understand customers more deeply. I also value its usability over a decade, which speaks to its reliability and integration with tools like Tableau and Salesforce Billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more user-guided flows that enable users to complete specific tasks or actions with guidance, which currently seems to be lacking in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to organize customer data and contacts, enabling my sales team to sell better and understand our customers more thoroughly.

Powerful SaA Powerful CRM That Drives Sales Efficiencyles Management with a Steep Learning Curve

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it centralizes all sales activities in one place. It gives a clear view of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, which helps sales teams prioritize effectively and close deals faster. The automation features and real-time dashboards also make it easier to track performance and forecast sales accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can be quite complex to customize and manage without proper training. For smaller teams, setting up workflows or reports sometimes requires admin support. However, once the system is configured correctly, it becomes an incredibly powerful and efficient tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve the problem of disconnected sales data and lack of visibility into the sales pipeline. Before using it, tracking leads, managing opportunities, and forecasting sales required multiple tools and manual updates. Now, everything is centralized in one platform, allowing our team to collaborate more efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and close deals faster.

Configurable CRM with Setup Challenges

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Salesforce Sales Cloud is the centerpiece of our sales process. It simplifies managing leads, opportunities, account relationships, sales forecasts, and quotas, which were challenging to handle before. The product is very well designed and configurable to meet the needs of various types of companies, becoming a global standard. The availability of skilled resources worldwide is also a major advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the data model that relates contacts to accounts in Salesforce Sales Cloud problematic. Many of our contacts have relationships with multiple customer accounts, leading to contact duplication. This is an unfortunate design flaw in the Salesforce data model. Although the unified contact feature in the data cloud partially resolves this issue, it would be more efficient if there was a single contact record that could be related to multiple accounts through a junction or relationship object. This would have been a more effective design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud centralizes our sales process, improving lead management, opportunity tracking, account relationships, and forecasting, making tasks easier than before.

Salesforce Maps Helps Target Prospects, But Needs More Feature Exploration

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a home builder company. Salesforce maps enabled my sales teams to work with a concentrated population of prospective home buyers and relator agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still at an MVP with maps. We have to explore the wide range of features that maps allows for. Need to explore into designated sales areas and make it more efficient with time for my sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide my sales teams an efficient way to identify the realtor(s) they should focus their efforts on in building relationship.
