Intuitive Interface, Seamless Setup with Minor Automation Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its user-friendly interface and seamless implementation, which makes installation effortless. Additionally, it significantly benefits our sales reps by enabling them to efficiently track and report activities on sales events, improving our overall workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would change the automation aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to benefit our sales reps by tracking their activities, managing the pipeline, and reporting on sales events regionally, improving overall efficiency.

Comprehensive Customer Support with Salesforce Service Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Service Cloud is a customer service / support module within the Salesforce ecosystem, oriented around helping organizations manage customer support, case management, omni-channel interactions (calls, email, chat, social, etc.), self-service portals, knowledge bases, field service, automation, and analytics — all tied into the broader CRM / data platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don’t like about. This is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great product.

It is fast and flexibility to configure.

The cadence feature is lacking and auto activity logging is not perfect

We are using it for our sales team which is helping the team.
Easy Sales Tracking with Salesforce Salescloud, but Update Adoption Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Salescloud is very easy to use and it has made tracking the flow of our sales opportunities very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Staying on top of updates that I want to implement but our sales team isn’t necessarily ready for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SalesCloud to track an opportunity from proposal to quoting through to close and it has great easy reporting.
Excited for a Game-Changing Transition from Dynamics with More Automation
What do you like best about the product?
We are approaching our go live date after a multi year conversion process from Dynamics. The change is going to revolutionize the way our sales team operates. Just as a product of converting, so much of the admin work they do today will be automated and will give them so much more time to focus on selling and strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have zero complaints as of now, but are still learning a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By eliminating and automating manual processes and administrative tasks, we have given our sellers more time to focus on selling. This has also opened up entirely new possibilities for reporting and strategic planning that were simply not achievable with our previous CRM. Additionally, the integration with all of our various systems has created a single, unified source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of how you can adapt the CRM to your business. Also the stability and capabilities such as reporting, forecasting and adding LWC component to provide a delightful experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce offers a great deal of flexibility, but this also means that your company must dedicate sufficient time and resources to continually refine and enhance your processes. Additionally, a frequent comment from our users is that the standard user interface requires too many clicks to accomplish tasks.

The 360 overview feature centralizes all customer and prospect data in a single location, providing sales teams with comprehensive visibility into every interaction, activity, and opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is extremely powerful, its flexibility also means it needs strong governance and thoughtful design to avoid complexity. That’s something I’ve learned to manage by focusing on scalability, standardization, and clean configuration
