This tool is useful for both sales planning and collaboration. It makes it easier to coordinate efforts and organize strategies within the team.

The relationship mapping feature is not functioning as I expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a clear view of the entire sales pipeline and helps track every opportunity efficiently. Sometimes the system can feel a bit complex for new users, and setting up reports or automations requires some training. The interface can also be slow when handling a large volume of data, but overall the benefits outweigh these minor issues.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us manage the entire sales process in one place, from lead generation to closing deals. It improves visibility into each opportunity, helps prioritize tasks, and supports better forecasting. As a result, our team can collaborate more effectively and achieve higher sales productivity.
