Ability to integrate with other cross functional departments like order management. Creating better visibility into the customer journey and touch points. End to end opportunities.

It would be good to provide access to some data points why out having a license, ie pipeline details to OM.

It enables all of my departments to collaborate effectively, providing a single source for data and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical setup process and learning how to customize the software can be challenging at first. It takes some time to understand all the options and configure everything to suit your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits is that now, with all departments using it, everyone can see what the business is doing on a daily basis.
