What do you like best about the product?
The experience should be more seamless. I don't understand why agents still can't fill in information at this point. It appears that other companies are offering this capability more effectively and without requiring complicated licensing.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the easy setup and user-friendly experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It effectively manages my pipeline and forecasts, which are crucial aspects for my business. This aspect makes tracking and managing activities a bit cumbersome and bandwidth-intensive.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage my sales pipeline and forecast better, track customer information, and close more deals. It's an easy and user-friendly tool that replaces manual spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly useful for sales management, especially for my team as it significantly reduces repetitive data entry work. The active capture and forecasting features are particularly beneficial. Its ease of use makes day-to-day operations smoother. Additionally, integrating with Microsoft 365 has been seamless, enhancing our overall workflow.

I don't like the limited out-of-the-box offerings in terms of reports and dashboards.
