Expense (high licensing/consulting fees), complexity, and inconsistent customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s convenient and user-friendly! Our sales team now relies on it completely. The platform is incredibly powerful, allowing you to integrate all daily sales operations into a single platform with one unified data set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be too complicated to learn how to use new functions.

Automate part of the process and centralize the data that salespeople need. This way, they can access it anytime and anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use through clicks, making the Salesforce experience enjoyable. The sales data efficiency and quality of work are commendable, enhancing our sales calls and team management. The lead conversion feature is particularly beneficial. Account management, contact management, and the opportunity management workflow are features that I find incredibly useful. Sales Cloud has significantly benefited us by capturing workflows, data, and insights, allowing for better team management and faster onboarding due to prior familiarity within our team.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to enable sales calls, manage sales data, and improve efficiency. It simplifies lead conversion, account management, and team management, solving difficult sales data issues and facilitating workflow and insights capture.

This tool has been useful in developing both a plan and a roadmap for sales. It has made the process of organizing and strategizing sales efforts much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its constant updates and new features every six months, which help keep the software modern and efficient. The automation and AI features are particularly impactful, making my work considerably easier. Having all my information in one place allows me to effortlessly track all my interactions with customers, a huge improvement from using disparate tools before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it relatively challenging to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud initially. The interface and the vast array of possibilities, including the data model, required substantial effort to understand and adapt to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to consolidate all my information, tracking customer interactions in one place, which has streamlined my workflows.
