What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is powerful is managing workflows and clients with its dashboard,reports. Real time data management is easier with Agentforce sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proper training required to use this.Too many features thus required proper training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves productivity as we are able to manage all data through single platform. Helps in managing workflows with automate approval and followups. Overall helping to achieve customer satisfaction and gain leads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Agentforce Sales is its ability to automate repetitive sales tasks using AI, which saves a lot of time and improves productivity. The platform helps with things like lead qualification, follow-ups, and data entry, allowing me to focus more on actual decision-making and understanding customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about Agentforce Sales is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve, especially for beginners. It offers a lot of features, but figuring out how everything works and setting it up correctly can take time, and it may sometimes require additional training to get comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales mainly solves the problem of manual, time-consuming sales processes, which has made my workflow much more efficient. Rather than spending so much time on repetitive tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and lead tracking, the platform uses automation and AI to take care of these activities in the background.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales gives us the exact visibility we need to stay on top of our revenue bookings and operational metrics. The reporting capabilities are unmatched for tracking opportunities across the pipeline. It allows us to monitor our team's core KPIs in real-time - whether that's analyzing our CSAT scores or ensuring our email response times are hitting our targets (like keeping them right around that 4-hour mark). It turns raw data into actionable insights, which is crucial for running a tight, highly responsive process.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is the administrative overhead required to make simple workflow changes. When you are managing complex pipelines and relying on cross-platform tracking like passing opportunity data between Salesforce and Jira making minor tweaks to routing or custom fields usually requires a dedicated admin. Additionally, the new AI capabilities are highly dependent on pristine data. If your records aren't perfectly clean, you can run into inaccurate pipeline roll-ups or hallucinated responses, meaning you spend extra time auditing the system instead of focusing on actual client implementations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales solves the problem of scattered operational data. As our implementation volume scales, we need a singular place to track everything from closed-won opportunities to the final revenue booking. The biggest benefit is the centralized dashboarding, which allows us to accurately monitor core team KPIs in real-time. Having immediate visibility into metrics like our average email response times and overall CSAT ensures we maintain high operational standards and can correct course before minor delays
become project risks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add custom fields, and custom dashboard set up for different depts (who have different things they specifically need at hand)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a complicated interface at times, not intuitive. You need to have someone on your team who is very fluent in it to troubleshoot. Even during demos we've run into things not happening as we expect them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross organization information sharing. Record keeping, address updates in a secure place

What do you like best about the product?
Instead of the salesforce agents using many hours to do research, prospecting and follow-up, Agentforce Sales uses IA agents to handle those automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It currently has a long learning curve that could time consuming and requires a dedicated admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps sales rep to focus their time in actually selling and it helps with manual tasks. For example, updating records and loggin tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
One of its biggest strengths is how well it centralizes everything: customer interactions, pipeline data, forecasting, and communication history all in one place. That alone removes a lot of friction from day-to-day work. What really elevates it, though, is the added layer of automation and AI—features like lead scoring, workflow automation, and predictive insights help reps spend less time on admin tasks and more time actually selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback for me is the learning curve. For new users, the interface and the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming at first. Without proper onboarding or training, it’s easy for teams to either underuse the tool or use it inconsistently, and that ultimately reduces the value they get from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a high level, it addresses three major problems:

1. Fragmented data and limited visibility
In many organizations, customer information is spread across emails, spreadsheets, and multiple tools. Agentforce Sales pulls it into one centralized system, creating a single, shared view of each customer and the full pipeline. For me, that means I can quickly see where every deal stands, review complete customer history, and reduce the risk of missing important follow-ups.

2. Too much manual work and low productivity
Sales reps often end up spending more time updating systems than actually selling. This platform automates routine tasks such as data entry, activity tracking, and workflows. For me, the benefit is clear: less time on admin work and more time focused on conversations, closing deals, and building relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Agentforce Sales for CRM and data analysis. I appreciate the ability to have all contacts and integrations in one CRM with ease to connect with other relatable applications. I like the reporting and customer interactions through deep analytics. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the setup team is always very helpful in all initial setups, providing tools and guides to make it a smooth transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we do no like about Agentforce Sales

Agentforce Sales collects all contacts and integrations in one CRM, easing connection with other applications. I like the reporting and customer interactions through deep analytics.
