Intuitive and Efficient CRM with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud's friendly interface, which makes it easy for me to find information, especially before I make a call. It's really fast too, which helps me quickly locate the information I'm looking for. This support in finding information allows me to adjust my approach for different end users based on their needs. It's also really easy to use and understand, which is great not only for me as an end user but also for administrators who find it really good with no difficulty in using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's too much to dislike. Sometimes, there might be a glitch or it can be kinda slow because of an update, but it's just once in a while. Overall, it's doing really good so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud gives a variety of functionalities to small and large business organizations to handle their customers' data and past data analysis.

Salesforce Sales Cloud additional licences are quite expensive to buy for small organizations.

Transforms Sales Visibility and Efficiency with Powerful Integration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it brings everything into a unified view and offers a lot of flexibility and customization. You can tailor objects and fields and automation to match business practices without heavy coding, which is huge for scalability. It also offers a bunch of out-of-the-box automation like flows and Einstein AI, which can reduce manual work. The data-driven insights, especially for forecasting for leadership, are super helpful. There's also a huge integration ecosystem available, so you can sync with everything. The mobile app is okay too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Salesforce is really old, and there's a lot of customizations that have added tech debt over time that we need to clean up or start fresh. Another issue is complexity for new users. It can be overwhelming for new sales reps to know what to look for or what's important. We could probably do a better job at offering more standardized reports for our end use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to solve visibility issues in our sales pipeline and manage leads more efficiently. It enhances team collaboration, standardizes sales processes, and improves revenue forecasting with AI insights. The mobile app provides access to essential data, and it centralizes information to reduce data fragmentation.
Unmatched Power and Flexibility for Customer Management
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Salesforce Cloud include a unified platform for customer lifecycle management, robust customization and scalability, deep AI & analytics (Einstein), massive integration capabilities (AppExchange), improved team productivity, enhanced customer engagement, and automated workflows, all leading to better data-driven decisions and increased revenue, with benefits like Sales Cloud's pipeline management and Service Cloud's unified agent console making it powerful for sales, service, and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downsides of Salesforce Cloud are its high costs (licensing, implementation, add-ons), steep learning curve & complexity for users and admins, integration challenges with other systems, need for technical expertise for customization, potential for slow support, and reliance on internet. Other issues include data storage limits, complex data visualization, and poor user adoption due to its overwhelming features for simpler needs, making it less ideal for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Cloud offers benefits like a 360-degree customer view, streamlined sales/service processes, improved efficiency via automation (AI), enhanced collaboration, real-time analytics for better decisions, and scalability for growth, all from a secure, accessible cloud platform, leading to increased revenue, better customer experiences, and reduced operational costs.
For growing businesses, it’s easier to scale operations without switching software
What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one sales platform — Sales Cloud brings together lead management, opportunity tracking, account management, quoting, forecasting, analytics, and performance tracking into a single unified system. No need to juggle multiple separate tools or spreadsheets.
Also Automation that saves time and reduces manual work — It automates repetitive tasks (data entry, logging calls/emails, pipeline updates, lead routing), letting sales teams spend more time selling and less time on admin

What do you dislike about the product?
High cost — The licensing, add-ons, customization, and ongoing maintenance can be expensive. For small businesses or companies with tight budgets, this makes it hard to justify
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scattered data and fragmented tools: Many teams end up using spreadsheets, emails, separate apps for leads, contacts, quotes, follow-ups — causing data silos, duplication, confusion over who owns which lead or deal

What do you like best about the product?
I can say that Salesforce Sales Cloud is a useful tool. Although we are not very tech-savvy, we find this tool easy to navigate. It allows us to quickly locate the information we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't really have any complaints. Occasionally, it takes a while to load, but I think that's probably due to my internet connection. Overall, I find Salesforce to be a good platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool and lots can be done. From a user perspective can be at times hard to pick up, but once in the flow is excellent. I noticed a lot of emphasis on improving workflows, UI/UX and has been great. With browser extension, mobile apps and so on.
From an Admin side there is work to be done, but pays off in the long term for sure. Lastly, with tools with great features and constant updates it requires release management and staying on top of things, however, worth it. Do consider a learning curve and the size of your organization.

For our organization has been super helpful with breaking silos, barriers to entry of market as well as loosing opportunities, leads and critical client information. Everyone in the organization can place information on the customer that would benefit us all and give us as close and truly a customer 360.

Salesforce is our one stop shop and hub for all our prospect, customers, opportunities and future sales. Great platform for team working, collaboration and customer success. Truly enjoy how all the information is one place, avoiding silos, and missing opportunities. Also, appreciate the cross-functional team empowerment it provides. Our organization uses Salesforce Cloud every day, and other team members frequency of use would be if not daily 3-4 times a week.
Ease of use after some time of learning and experience. Great tutorials and hands on training at trailhead and fantastic communities in slack and in trailhead as well. Lots of sessions, webinars and folks willing to help and support you along the way with great support team and many help articles. Now with Agentforce automations are great, easier and many out of the box. What do you dislike about the product?
As a powerful tool, with lots of bells and whistles it can be a bit intimidating at first. However, the new releases have made the use of the application much easier, browser extension tab, mobile apps, and a flexibility of interfaces that admins can create for specific roles and personas.
One thing as you evaluate for your CRM and collecting data is to make sure you have good data governance and take care of any duplicates.

Versatile, Customizable, Yet Some Integration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Salesforce Sales Cloud everything's kinda all together, making it easier to manage customer and operational needs. When set up correctly, I can see anything I need easily. As a Salesforce admin, I find it valuable to customize layouts so my team can see what's best for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with Einstein Activity Capture because part of my team uses a custom object, and you can't customize it. We're missing a lot of data because Salesforce won't have that as an editable thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud keeps everything together, aligning contacts, accounts, and custom objects. It ensures our shipping, customer support, and sales teams are on the same page.
