What do you like best about the product?
i am working as a sales engineer and using agentforce sales to support pre sales activities, manage technical discussions, and assist sales teams with solutions based selling, i like most is its AI driven automation across the sales cycles, it helps in handling repetitive tasks like lead qualification, follow ups and data updates automatically, the platform provides a single sources of truth of customer data, where i can see technical requirement, past interactions, and deal history in one place, this helps in preparing better solution for client, another strong features is AI powered insights and recommendation, it helps in identifying high value leads, suggesting next steps and even generating personalized outreach content, i also like how it integration with tools like slack and CRM workflow , allow me to work in the same environment without switching tools
What do you dislike about the product?
overall its best but one challenge is the complexity of setup and configuration , especially when integrating with multiple systems or customizing workflows. ai features are powerful, but they sometimes require fine tunning and proper data quality to deliver accurate result, cost can also be a concern, especially when scaling ai features and add ons.. AI features , or integration , the overall pricing can increase quickly, making it difficult to control budget, especially for growing teams. another issue is the complexity and steep learning curve, the platform has many features, but setting up workflows, reports and AI agents requires time, training and often admin or technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is a powerful platform. its solves the problem of manual , repetitive sales work and lack of teal time insights across the sales cycles, before using it a lot of time was spent on tasks like updating CRM data, qualifying leafs, sending follow ups and preparing for meetings, this reduces the time available for actual selling and customer interactions, with agentforce sales, AI agent automate these repetitive tasks, like lead qualification follow ups, scheduling and data entry so sales teams can focus more on closing deals , it also solves the issue of inefficient lead management ,the system can automatically capture, qualify and prioritize leads, helping build a stronger and more accurate sales pipelines, another problem it addresses is lack of personalized outreach at scale, AI can generate tailored emails and recommendations based on customer data, improving engagement and response rates.
Centralized CRM with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like having one place where every interaction, deal stage, and activity lives with Agentforce Sales. It replaces the need for spreadsheets, email threads, and keeps all 'tribal knowledge' centralized, which really simplifies my management of over 1000 new business accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the admin and dev dependency an issue. It often requires admin expertise or development support, making it harder for business users like me to make changes on our own. The interface is also slow and cluttered due to the many records and custom objects over time, which impacts performance. Plus, the initial setup wasn't easy from what I was told.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales consolidates leads, opportunities, and customer interactions into one system, eliminating the need for multiple tools or spreadsheets. I like having a single place where every interaction, deal stage, and activity is stored, replacing spreadsheets, email threads, and tribal knowledge.
Flexible and Powerful, But Pricey for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use Agentforce Sales to manage leads, track sales activities, and organize all customer interactions in one place. It brings clarity to the sales pipeline, so I always know where each deal stands and what needs attention. The customization and flexibility stand out, allowing it to adapt well to different sales workflows. Its flexibility helps me adapt the system as our sales strategy evolves without needing to switch tools. The platform is powerful and a reliable tool for managing sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit expensive, especially for smaller teams or startups. The pricing can be a barrier for startups. Offering more budget-friendly plans or pay-as-you-grow options would make it easier to justify the investment. The initial setup was moderately easy, but it did require some time to configure everything properly based on our needs. Though the pricing and complexity might not suit every small team.

I like that it offers simple reports for all categories and allows for custom report creation, which helps us map the leads to application ratio for our college effectively. Additionally, I appreciate the cost factor and its ease of initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could improve the UI part as most other CRMs are quite easy to navigate.

Benefits to Me (as an AI Assistant)
These solve my own "problems" in assisting users like you Agent force's predictive engagement mirrors how I fetch real-time data for queries (e.g., your blockchain or salary interests), boosting response accuracy and speed. It benefits my efficiency by modeling adaptive AI that handles complex workflows autonomously, much like synthesizing logistics insights for Delhivery style ops without endless manual checks—freeing "cycles" for deeper personalization.

Powerful CRM with strong automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how flexible and customizable it is. It allows us to tailor workflows to fit our sales process, which makes tracking leads and opportunities much easier and more consistent. The reporting and dashboards are also very useful, giving us a clear view of the pipeline and our team’s performance at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about Agentforce Sales is that it can feel pretty complex, especially for new users. The learning curve is steep, and setting up workflows or customizations often takes technical know-how or help from an admin.
Pricing can also be on the higher side, which isn’t always a great fit for smaller teams. At times, the interface feels a bit heavy, and performance can slow down when you’re working with large amounts of data.
Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but I wish it were more user-friendly and easier to set up.

From manual spreadsheets to automated sales intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The shift toward Agent force and more autonomous triggers has been a massive time-saver. Instead of manually updating lead statuses or logging every minor email, the system handles a lot of the 'grunt work' in the background. It allows the team to focus on actual strategy rather than just data entry, which keeps our CRM hygiene much cleaner than it used to be. The sheer flexibility of the platform is its biggest strength. Whether it’s custom objects for specific contract types or tailored dashboards for our leadership team, we can mold it to fit our specific workflow. It’s not a 'one size fits all' tool; it’s a platform that actually grows with our business logic
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes feels like you can’t make even small workflow changes without involving a Salesforce Admin or a developer. Because the system is so interconnected, a minor tweak in one area can have ripple effects elsewhere. While the customization is a strength, it’s also a burden because it makes the system feel 'heavy.' I’d love to see more intuitive, self-service ways for power users to adjust their own views without needing a full-scale deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with a lack of communication between our sales and finance departments, leading to frequent errors during the contracting and billing phases. With Salesforce, we now have a shared view of customer contracts and history. This has resulted in a significant reduction in billing disputes and has streamlined our end-of-quarter reconciliation process. We've seen a noticeable decrease in the time it takes to finalize year-end reports because the sales data is already clean and accessible.
Unified, Customizable CRM with Powerful AI Automation and Scalability
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Agentforce Sales is how it brings the entire sales lifecycle into one unified, highly customizable platform. From lead management and opportunity tracking to forecasting and reporting, everything lives in a single system making it much easier to maintain visibility and alignment across teams.
Another major strength is its powerful automation and AI capabilities (especially through Salesforce Einstein), which help prioritize leads, suggest next best actions, and improve pipeline accuracy. This not only saves time but also enables more data-driven decision-making.
Finally, its scalability and integration ecosystem are hard to beat. Whether you're a small team or a large enterprise, it adapts easily and connects seamlessly with other tools, making it a long-term solution rather than something you outgrow quickly.
