Great Collaboration for Campaigns, but Pricing and Features Lag vs Microsoft CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate with colleagues on various leads campaign and initiatives.

High pricing and low set of features compared to Microsoft CRM product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very big issue in our team to manage leads because they come from multiple sources. Agentforce helps us organize and prioritize our leads and that helps us close maximum leads possible.
Robust Sales Tool with Complex Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is centralized in Agentforce Sales, so I don't have to jump between tools for basic sales tracking. The real-time pipeline visibility is amazing and it gives me accurate forecasting, helping me track team performance in real-time. This feature also improves planning and target setting for the team. The ability to manage leads, track opportunities, and keep the overall sales pipeline organized is really beneficial. It also improves pipeline visibility and tracking, aids in sales forecasting, and centralizes customer data for better relationship management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very powerful, but it needs proper setup, training, and discipline to get the best results. So the initial setup is very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Agentforce Sales to manage leads, track opportunities, and organize the sales pipeline. It solves visibility and tracking issues, aids in sales forecasting, and centralizes customer data for better relationship management.
Powerful Custom Workflows, But Too Complex and Not User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is exhaustive & has the option to define custom logics to create workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s too complicated and confusing to work with. For any workflow, there are simply too many steps, and it’s not user-friendly at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mainly used for sales funnel view, pipeline visibility & revenue forecasting across different geographies
On-Demand Deal-Based Roleplay and Pitch Feedback That Levels Up Sales Coaching
What do you like best about the product?
Sales coach agent provides on-demand roleplay based on our actual deal data and giving feed back on our pitch before we go and talk to our customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve because configurations require good knowledge and are not easy for beginners. For advanced features to use on the cloud, we need data cloud/Einstein licences, and for testing on the sandbox consumes paid credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved lots of hours of manual works of sales process and automated many things. Also,o its 24/7 availability ensures customer satisfaction. Sales coach is a highlight feature for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentforce Sales offers incredible scalability and customization. It grows with our business needs, and the robust analytics give us a clear, real-time view of our entire sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is incredibly powerful, but it comes with a steep learning curve for new users. Setting up advanced workflows can be complex and often requires a dedicated admin to manage effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with time-consuming manual tasks. Agentforce Sales automates our follow-ups and data entry, which lets our sales reps spend more time talking to prospects and less time on administrative work.

What’s really interesting now is the AI side (Agentforce). It can help with things like prospecting, drafting emails, and even prioritising which deals to focus on. So instead of just being a system you update, it actually feels like it’s helping you move deals forward.

One of the biggest drawbacks is how complex it can feel at first. There’s a lot going on in the system

The UI/UX is great, and the pricing is very reasonable.

Some of the integrations are a bit difficult to use.

It solves manual, time-consuming sales tasks and data fragmentation by deploying autonomous AI agents.
Everything in One Place: Strong Pipeline Tracking and Reporting Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce keeps everything in one place. It makes it much easier to track leads, deals, follow-ups, and overall pipeline without jumping between different tools. I also like the reporting and visibility it gives, especially when you need to see where things are moving and where they are getting stuck. When it is set up well, it is really helpful for staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes it can feel heavy and more complicated than it needs to be. The UI is not always very intuitive, and simple things can sometimes take too many clicks. It also feels like a tool that works best only after a lot of setup, so if the implementation is not clean, the day-to-day experience can get frustrating fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps solve the problem of keeping sales work organized. Without a tool like this, it is easy to lose track of leads, follow-ups, deal stages, and customer history. It benefits me by giving one place to manage all of that, so it is easier to see what is moving, what needs attention, and where the pipeline stands. That saves time, improves visibility, and makes follow-ups and reporting much more manageable.
