What do you like best about the product?
The foundation stays the same regardless of the use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to teach the foundation since there's a different one for every use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone can create a dashboard which allows instant visuals and solutions.
Our company has been using the product for 3 years now. There are good and bad part’s about it.
What do you like best about the product?
The work queue and ability to build the customer communication journey is very helpful. Our team can expedite their process with using the benefits of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report restrictions. For example not being able to easily remove weekends from a report calculation and not being able to add more than one summary formula. Those are the biggest issues.

Gathering all user data for both sales and support in one place.
Sales Cloud is boon for Sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud, you get the sales automation features you need all in one place. Sales Cloud empowers businesses to manage leads, track progress, and automate sales processes with ease.Lead are basically prospects of any business. Account stores info about companies who are interested in deal along with contacts as sales reps of those accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. It can be enhanced with lightning components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables sales reps to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles. With access to social network profiles associated with Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads, sales reps can serve customers and prospects more efficiently.
Best sales cloud experience I’ve had yet.
What do you like best about the product?
It brings my entire sales team together in one simple place. From critical information reps need in the field, to receiving data back internally, we all have a clear idea how we're performing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive to set up, and for small companies can take a lot of maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud brings critical account information to my reps fingertip! It helps them forecast where they'll end up at the end of a quarter and gives them an understanding of where they stand in live time.

Ease of use and set up. Grants insight into customers and deals as well as projections

Too many plug ins and integrations that slowly bleed you of money

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable it is and how easy it is to get to records related to each other. The lightning experience is visually pleasant to look at and it is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that every time you click on something a tab opens but that's really the only complaint. I think the majority of our issues with sales cloud is a result of how it is set up and managed by operations rather than the product itself

It is giving us a single source of truth to look at all of our prospects, customers and partners. It's valuable for us to have all of this information in one spot with clear relationships to each other.
Solid Platform not for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability is fantastic and the learning resources that can be found online truely empower the users to make the most out of the platform. The ability to make the platform do what you want is just a few hours of work away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complicated for a first time user. Implementation is difficult without a thorough understanding of the platform so there is a learning period for all users that is essential but may not be easy for businesses to prioritize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CRM, it allows us to connect with a national donor base that is highly engaged at the local level. Information tracking and reporting of donations using NPSP has been very helpful.
Very intuitive and beneficial to managing my sales business
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize interface in a very simple manner that applies most to our business
What do you dislike about the product?
The only obstacles I have encountered were on the setup side, but I was easily able to go to Trailhead and find a module that walked me through the process of adding custom fields to an object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to have all of the sales data in one place and easily accessible to do my job on a day to day basis.
Comprehensive and flexible selling models easily managed and leveraged.

Multiple model approaches, top down and bottom up models, leveraging BI and industry data to help set objectives and goals at all levels of our organization and for our customer organizations
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, our company works on smaller than normal margins, as often we need to leverage supplies from overseas and with our business worldwide. Otherwise, the product is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to tie our EDI driven business with our corporate and top down business strategies. Looking at how both methods allow the adjustments in future business.
