What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and also able to track issues/request

Change tickets are sometimes difficult to retrieve

Sysaid assist us track issues/requests from requesters

What do you like best about the product?
All the available functions and its interface are friendly to the user. Shares a wide variety of options for both end-user and administrator users, reliable support and according to the latest technologies. In addition to being one of the most recognized software worldwide, that gives you reliability. The price is according to the market, and the functions provided according to the latest market needs make it one of the most necessary tools in today's world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The appearance could be improved, and reports and dashboard. The build could be improved to align with the new designs, and more functions could be added to reports and dashboards. Application integrations work well but could be improved by making them more accessible and straightforward and providing more practical user guides. The price could be more accessible due to the expansion of the market. The price could be improved or have different plans according to the needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to solve incidents and requests from our users. In addition to filling control of internal changes within our company, the internal process flows through action items. Through the tool, we can track the resolved incidents and provide our customers with a quick and easy way to solve their operational and administrative problems. Integrate many flows previously handled in different processes into one, saving time and effort. Automate processes that once could take time and unify them into one.

What do you like best about the product?
i LIKE THE ONTERFACE AND HOW IT INCORPORES DIFFERENT ITSM FUNCTIONS; I.E CHANGE, SERVICE DESK ETC
What do you dislike about the product?
The spooling of report is a bit cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface; It is easy to navigate and user friendly . As a user, I required little training in logging and working with tickets. Good is an understatement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time it takes for sysaid support to address issues is very abysmal, they need to improve on that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sysaid has served as a platform that has enabled my organization and I quickly log issues and requests easily, it has also helped my issues be resolved by resolvers in time, and i get quick and useful feedback when the issue is resolved

What do you like best about the product?
Sysaid is ease to use and the interface is easily navigatable
What do you dislike about the product?
on some days, the platform goes off displaying error 504, this dramatically affects ticket resolution and customer-initiated requests, hence delaying turnaround times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sysaid is making accessibility to customers more convenient by integrating itself with frequently used apps like teams, this will limit customer reluctance to navigate to sysaid but rather chat the bot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SysAid is their support. They are friendly to work with, and fast at answering questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service catalog can be a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SysAid has solved our issue of helpdesk ticketing infrastructure, which helps us be more responsive to incoming problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard and the ability to see a quick summary of the open tickets. The asset management piece is also a plus, since our previous system didn't have that feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, it's a little bit cluttered, but that should improve as we continue to configure it. The link on our PC's hasn't always worked, but it is improving as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to integrate all of our departments into one ticketing system. The disjointed nature of our current systems makes it very difficult to communicate between departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Nearly a year following my initial review, I've had the opportunity to extensively integrate SysAid into my daily workflow. I've discovered that, while it continues to provide the same robust features, the SysAid team is commendably receptive to incorporating valuable new functionalities. The introduction of a query-answering bot and automated ticket logging is particularly noteworthy. I am hopeful that SysAid will consider granting users the ability to customize this bot to better align with the specific needs of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SysAid Helpdesk proves beneficial, the prolonged duration taken to deliver lasting solutions for significant issues becomes a notable concern. While I value their commitment to understanding raised issues thoroughly, the extended timeline often results in work accumulating and impacting productivity due to unresolved issues within the specified time frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistently, SysAid has demonstrated its versatility by seamlessly integrating with various software solutions, facilitating ease of work across a diverse range of useful applications in the software landscape.
