What do you like best about the product?
After sales support and great customer service! Intuitive UI and easy management of tickets. End users all really enjoy using SysAid for its simplicity and easy to understand layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deeper integrations such as a Splunk native integration are missing. Price can always be better ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SysAid allows us to have a great help desk and ticketing solution that is easy to setup, manage and use. Its so simple that the end users barely need training :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be clear and concise when discussing the needs for your solution so that the team can best help you out!

Nothing in particular. We have not found a short coming yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have a central reference point to access tickets. The product works exactly as advertised.

The option to connect remotely to clientes
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service not running on client side, and have to restart computer to run the service agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get a database to get selfservice, when the incidents are filled up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like the option to connect remotely to the end users, it is easy to filled information to get a selfservice database with incidents.

What do you dislike about the product?
The seemingly endless configuration options can seem daunting at first, but once you understand them, they make the system much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track IT requests and incidents in a way, so that work is managed and completed on time. Problems can be triaged among staff correctly, which makes management satisfied.

SysAid allows us to be more efficient than we would be otherwise, and the user interface and features are better than previous ticket systems I have used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you take the time to configure your system correctly during implementation. That way, the architecture will be sturdy from the beginning.

What do you like best about the product?
Sysaid improving the team dynamic and the work flow, also sysaid make easy solution for any company with any type of workflow they have, the system can wear the company systems and work with them also webs Power BI and other programs like TV .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime bugs and features take to long to improve, somtime the system is very deficult to understand, sometime to get an answer from Sysaid teams takes to long, but always a pro service . Logs file sometime messy and have alot of problems, and there is alot of bugs when updating to latest versions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving organization problem when hendling clients and can be customise as well, sysaid provide solution for the client demend meaning he can ask for customise jhust for his organization and he will get spacific thing for his company .

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, use and user friendly.
Can be customizable and most important automated.
Allowed us to automate processes getting rid off manual and repetitive tasks.
Saved us time and money and let us focus on other tasks with higher priority.
The integration was easy as we were working trough email which allowed us to be more organized and keep track of our workload
What do you dislike about the product?
We like everything, thats why we keep choosing Sysaid as our main operational tool. Maybe adding features such as integration with Omni channel but as per their road map 2020 they are working on it and be launched this year in Q4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to automate processes getting rid off manual and repetitive tasks.
Saved us time and money and let us focus on other tasks with higher priority.

What do you like best about the product?
That everything is customizable and automated. No need for more manual work on repetitive tasks and can focus on tasks with higher priority and urgency. Easy to configure, use and user friendly. Quick reporting usage and dynamic graphs which allows us to present our weekly, monthly work, numbers to management within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like everything, maybe we dislike some special coding and configurations on specefic 3rd party integration such as Sap software but we fully understand it that this kind of integration is very personal and according to our needs and requiirements and thats why needed a special code but in generalbwe like everything and thats the reason we keep choosing SysAid as our main operational tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT problems such as internet issues, connection, servers down, issues with softwares, new hiring, off boarding ,approvals processed done trough dynamic workflows. Since everything is automated we can focus on tasks with higher priorities and less in repetitive tasks and saves lots of time and money.

All essencials in one tool, inexpensive, easy to set up and use, user friendly, cuatomizable and auomated processes that will save you time and money.
