Sysaid has assisted with goal setting and streamlined my business processing allowing ease for help desk staff and customer access to ticketing

Nothing that I dislike about Sysaid very happy with the service

Streamlined processes and help desk staff feel supported. Goals are more focused

Very easy to integrate into our existing solutions, the UI is easy to follow and understand, very happy

All good so far, nothing negative to say at this stage

many moving parts in the organisation and when new staff join we needed a way to automate and streamline the onboarding process

The search in SysAid is not fun to operate. We need to use our own search engine on top of SysAid to make it usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made my business revenue increase and my customers are happier

Make sure you have a good person installing it who knows what he's doing

What do you like best about the product?
Support user requirements easy and fast, we don't have to create user by user thanks to the integration that has with O365 .
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact I like the tool but I would like there will be an iOS App to end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Response time is best, internal SLAs have improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Incident management is the strongest feature of SysAid. It is really easy to setup and use for experts and novices. Allow customize reports in no time, show lists, views an more which facilitate analyze your data. Strong BI tools. SysAid's Team is continually working to update those features

You can design your lists for status, and KPIs and put on you dashboard, highly customization.

The BI section, perhaps it is new it is powerful too. You can make almost every kind of stuff in there. Another cool feature is the flow management, you can decide how it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The project management module is awful, not standard with most normative and poor performance.

The tasks do not have a real dependency system, and it has some kind of activities associated which is confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational efficiency and process control. you can monitor you personnel work every day.

Can customize reports to flow up your works and give access to you customer via a portal Web.

Additionally you can manage your user level access and choose what options they can use or access .

You can design your processes flow, assign alerts, controls and authorization steps to each one very easy using a graphic UI.

It is not at low cost but it worthy

Easy to implement and manage, multiple functionalities, scalable, and good customer service and technical support.

The mobile app is not functional, they must improve it.

Define the internal customer service processes that the IT area handles within the organization, manage the requests and incidents reported appropriately, to provide responses and solutions to the users.

What do you like best about the product?
SysAid is a comprehensive tool that allows for the attention and management of cases and incidents not only in IT but can be adjusted to any area of the company. It allows integrations with other corporate applications that provide functionality and easy access for the end user. It enables IT inventory control (Assets) which allows for control of changes and updates that each device may have. It is easy to implement with the default options, and incidents can be effectively managed. Its customization is very easy to perform with modern, intuitive graphical aspects that help the user to have self-service and solve cases before registering an incident in the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
for the completion of some updates the documentation is not available in Spanish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT area incidents, case tracking reports, and area KPIs for management reports on time, activities, and user perspective towards the IT area

Excellent application, easy configuration, tools and integrations with other corporate applications, functional, reliable reports and statistics, knowledge base for engineers and end users.

Easy to use and saved us loads of time and money in our IT department

I would like the ability to add additional categories to describe a service request, incident, problem or change
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system that was flexible enough to properly describe and handle our environment's needs. SysAid was very inexpensive system compared to other vendors offerings and continued many, many more features and capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer really has to analyze all incident and service request parameters to determine all the parts, users, departments, workflows and approval processes involved in dealing with an issue or request, otherwise you will miss a lot of steps
