What do you like best about the product?
I like that SysAid is a one stop shop for managing your computer network. from helpdesk, patching, inventory management and remote control. SysAid will make your life easier

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about SysAid

use Sysaid daily to resolve helpdesk issues, patch management and inventory management

My recommendatiod is to try the free Trial...it is easy to set up and get working. look around and try everything you will not be disapointed

How easily it is to customize! It is very easy to do!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be difficult to get help from the help desk due to time zones

SLA's are enabled for my organization which we never had before.

Overall SysAid fits perfectly with the maturity of our organization.
Support from the vendor in terms of the BAU model is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
not all processes are catered for in the tool but for us it is perfect.
A cloud management platform integration would be great to see in the future.

Process issues i.e. lack of process

Browser-based tool, easy to use and manage. Added functionality now makes it even easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool uses Excel2003 to export the results of the reports. needs upgrading to M365 Excel

Asset Management - 100% accurate
Project Modules - easy to use and manage project teams
Change Control/Requests - easy to manage
Chat console
BI Analytics tool and reporting

It's easy to use once you get it configured

The learning curve. Some things are fairly difficult to configure without assistance

We currently use Incident, Request and Change Management, and have added non IT groups to interact as well

The Product is very easy to use for our end users and the implementation was seamless. The support from the SysAid team was exceptional.

Some workflows are very easily done and the price in comparison to other systems is just a no brainer
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas to setup are long winded, but the sysaid team assist.

Keeping all jobs logged through the end user portal

IF you are looking for something that ticks all the boxes and doesn't up the price when it comes to Assets, and is cost effective. Try Sysaid.

Control Business Tickets

What do you like best about the product?
Using SysAid saved us hours of searching for solutions. We can always look back and search for previous tickets to find the same problem we might experience again. It is also very useful to apply and use the filters or to sort the tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI experience is a mess. It takes sometime to understand where everything is. We recently made an upgrade to v20.1.14 b6. Since then we're still trying to figure out where each button is and also the comments section changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SysAid helps us keep track mostly of every technical problem we are facing. It is also possible to leave comments and transfer each ticket between different teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I might take some time to implement the software at the organization but after using it for a while it will improve the quality of service. For us it took few months to fully understand how it works and how to keep track of every ticket.

It's super easy for our people to provide feedback and follow up on service requests from our customers. We now have a single truth to focus and make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Project and Task Module could be as awesome as the Service Request
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The APIs to integrate with other systems and to build Power BI Reports.

Review and use the free trial, search for an implementation partner with experience and have your business processes defined and aligned with your strategy. Look for metrics to manage your business or departments.
