What do you like best about the product?
* The online availability that removes the need for local servers to store designs
* The review and commenting workflow is extraordinary
* The connection between components and what is available at distributors makes it easier to design in parts that are readily available for prototyping and serial production

What do you dislike about the product?
* For smaller companies it would be great if there was a possibility to pause the subscription without risking loosing all available data, or at least have a much cheaper option for just keeping it stored. As an expert freelancer there are often times where the customer has its own repositories where they want the work done and their own licenses, and the cost to keep paying for something that is just sitting idle is too high,. This restricts the option to start using Altium365.
* It is a bit of all-or-nothing when choosing to go with Altium365. Some companies like to keep using their local storage in e.g. SVN, but it does limit the possibilities to use some functionality in Altium365. The ones I have seen have just used it as a component vault, but are in my opinion then missing out on a lot of features in Altium365, like the review workflow.

A useful tool that helps our team collaborate on projects
What do you like best about the product?
Altium 365 helps us to work together on daily basis. It streamlines the review process allowing other users to easily review and provide feedback on the work of other without accessing the full Altium experience. Sharing parts and components is very useful and works well. The process of implementing the tool was relatively simple, and importing our libraries was quick and straight forward. 365 provides quick access to customer support and the helpdesk, as well as a range of online help tools. I use this tool daily to review the work of other and myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Altium 365 doesnt allow you to make any changes to components. It would be useful to allow a user to modify component paramters from within this tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being connected to the PCB design domain as a university student, Altium is a beneficial tool for PCB design, schematics, CAD, simulation and eventually for making gerber files.
My preferred PCB design tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is the best of the 4 different PCB design tools I've used. They are constantly improving and adding helpful features. Continued git integration is another big bonus helping me be flexible with where I am working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously this a premium design tool and it comes at a financial cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schematic design, PCB layout and test fixture design is very convenient in Altium.
Quite effective hardware design tool for small teams or productive single persons.
What do you like best about the product?
We can create small discussions inside the schematic. All team member can access the modifications immediately online. Also, the port-jump function is very useful for large designs.
The part management and design block management inside our own workspace reduced the development time.
