Essential addition for Altium
What do you like best about the product?
Library management is made easy. Very easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is little steep. Locks you on to no choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time taken away from designing to maintain library.
It's the industry standard for a reason. Just make sure to have a strong computer!
What do you like best about the product?
The design rules are extensive and can keep you from making almost any mistakes.
The Active BOM gives you a great overview of market stock and works great with the output jobs, which is my third and favorite thing.
To be able to store an outputjob file in the server and standardize it to make all production material look the same is amazing; it has some annoying bugs but it's still powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a top of the line computer, or at least a really strong graphics card or slowdowns will be inevitable and dealbreaking.
Due to how many functions there are there are also more bugs than a lot of simpler software, and my impression is that development team isn't entirely keeping up.
There are also a lot of crashes, which is related to the previous point.
Also draftman tool is being pushed a lot, but since it can't be automated it's useless for us; meanwhile the outputjob file has some bugs that in some specific cases makes it unusable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a standardized library of components makes everyone being able to work more coherently, and those less skilled can easily have their components reviewed.
Also collaboration is more effective since it's easy to pull someones project from the server.

Altium 365 simplifies the creation of cross-company shared libraries and projects
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share a project with people via Web View without the need to install Altium Designer. This makes it possible to easily and quickly share schematics or BOMs with different departments/colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating new components within a managed library, the upload time is quite long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share new developments with colleagues (even if they are of a non-electronics background).
Seamless experience with PCB designing
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use. On top of this there are many communities and blogs that can be referred to for doing advanced actions. The PCB making process is very quick.
Definitely best option among all options out there.
Definitely best option among all options out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally selecting and dragging elements in PCB design is difficult as undesired parts get selected. Also, occasionally, the software crashes and we have to start over again from the last saved design.
The software can be overwhelming for a new user.
Pricing is high for Annual support/ maintenance (Upgrading service)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inspite of the user interace being user-friendly, designer has access to advanced functions that can be used to perform advanced PCB designs. The 3D view is especially helpful too.
The best software PCB designer can have

It is an amazing platform to collaborate with company peers as well as other departments.
I like the cetralized library and cloud space to save all design files.
I like the cetralized library and cloud space to save all design files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the button to access the Altium 365. It stays hidden up in the right corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still a student of Altium through Palmonar college so I am yet to use the platform for the business. So far as our study goes, sharing our comments on design, design files itself on Altium 365 is very advantageous.
Easy to use, continuous software update and libraries.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the continuous libraries update, it also is easy to use and learn for beginners engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably its cost has increased during the last few years, but it's understandable.
